I took a party of 7 for dinner the week before Thanksgiving. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy but for some reason it took a while to place our order. No big deal, this happens sometimes. The problem began when our orders started arriving at the table in groups of 2. 2 people were served,5-10minutes went by, then 2 more people... More

No words can really describe the greatness of this facility. For years we return to the Cheesecake Factory and always find it to be amazing! The portions are insanely giant and everything tastes so good! The service is always very good and I really have nothing to pick on :)

We ordered a pasta, a steak and a cheese cake, it's really delicious but a little bit too much, maybe skinny style is suitable for Asia people.

.In addition to Palo Alto, we've been to Cheesecake Factories in LA, Beverly Hills, San Jose, and elsewhere. Generally they deserve 4 stars. But today's experience lowers the rating of the Palo Alto location to only 1 star. We arrived 25 minutes after opening time. No one was in line, and 95% of the tables were empty. Nevertheless, we had... More

Senior citizen talking to other seniors: When it comes to food quality, value for dollar spent, and comfortable surroundings, it's pretty hard to beat happy hour at this place. . A dozen items on the menu, and we've never been disappointed in any of the selections, and the wines are just fine. Portions are very large, so order carefully. Cheerful,... More

The Cheesecake factory is great when one doesn't have much options to choose from. It's fairly consistent from location to location. But in a place like downtown Palo Alto, where there's so many creative, independent, non-mainstream restaurants to choose from - it just falls flat. Not one thing on the menu is to write home about.

It was my second visit ( 2 years apart), and the experience was exactly the same! We even got given the same booth :) TCF is a great place. Food is good and cheesecakes are obviously a must! Nb, portions are huge! I recommend sharing everything. Last time I was there I've ordered Vegan Cobb salad and it would be... More

This restaurant is one of my favorite. The menu is huge, looks like a book. First, they serve a bread that is warm and fresh. The portion are huge and the server are very professional on top of everything. I wish there cake could be a bit smaller. MY favorite dish is Chicken marsala..
