The Fish Market was recommended to us by a local. The fresh choices were extensive. We ordered a Caesar salad which was large enough to split. The bread on the table was a good quality sour dough. If weather allows, sit on the patio, it's quaint. The fish was perfectly prepared.

This is a regular spot that we go to when we are in town. It is always busy, but they have a lot of wait staff who are prompt. The food is great and comes quickly. This time I tried the fish tacos and roasted artichokes. They were both lovely, but the artichokes were very nicely done.

Stopped for a quick bite on the way to the airport. I had wahoo and my husband had tuna. Both delicious, service was good and quick. Fish was tasty, served with 2 sides, no complaints

I like the atmosphere in the restaurant, warm and welcoming like family. The grilled fish and the oyster that I had were very tasty and fresh. My 2.5 years old son was sleeping when I arrived at the restaurant and luckily there were the long end seat for him to lay down during our diner. The price of the food... More

Everything is great here. The service was simply "wow"! Nice table in just minutes even that the place was crowded. Lot of parking space. The fresh fish and sea food exhibition is great and of course makes you want to try everything. The menu has lot's of variety and the lady that served us knew the menu perfectly and her... More

I was visiting from Florida, and so this was my first experience here. A lovely setting, and delicious meal. The service was good, and the fish was fresh.

We have been dining at different Fish Market restaurants up and down California for decades. The quality is consistent, the menu extensive, the service quick and very attentive. The wine list when we dined here on a Friday night included some high-end wines i enjoy drinking, so we ordered a bottle. The portions are also large, so we needed a... More

I have been here a few times and always am amazed by the selection and quality of their menu. The Clam Chowder - New England style - is one of the best I have tasted. I once had better lobster cooked fresh on a dive boat in Cuba, but never in another restaurant. For fish restaurants there is a simple... More

Our first restaurant has been a Palo Alto institution since its doors opened in 1976. With the brand new addition of an oyster bar, cocktail bar and lounge area, there are now even more ways to experience this unique restaurant. The expansive retail market remains a popular stop for local residents seeking to take home the finest in fresh fish.
