This is my go to place....fantastic whether you choose an entree or all appetizers. The lamb chops are my favorite and I have eaten my way through the menu.

After months of trying to get in, we snuck in quite late (9:45). It lived up to expectations, particularly as the place was shutting down. The food is terrific, the wine list is distinctive, and the service is great. The only issue is the ambiance,...More

Evvia is an informal and nice greek restaurant. Food is good and service is fast and accurate. A great way to start the meal is to eat the good bread with a pinch of salt and the olive oil served in a small dish. Semplicity...More

We searched trip advisor for a good place to eat on a Thursday night. Found Eviva as the number 1 in palo alto. Unfortunately it was a disappointment at best. The food was nothing special. Salmon was undercooked, lamb skewer was ok but with no...More

The food is simply amazing! Extensive menu - especially the appetizer (mezethes) menu. Tried the kolokithokeftedes (zucchini balls) - they were very tasty. Tried the moussaka, whole grilled fish and Lamb chops. Everything was delicious.! Greek salad could have had fresh tomatoes from a local...More

Recently dined with a large party at Evvia, of which afterwards the entire party was raving about our dining experience! Evvia does not have an extremely large dining room, and with no private side rooms, we were set up with 2 tables next to each...More

This highly-rated restaurant serves excellent food that has plenty of eye appeal as well. We made our lunch (for two) out of several starters: octopus (delicious and extremely tender), lamb meatballs (succulent), and brussel sprouts cooked over a wood fire (very tasty). Portions were adequate,...More

I love lamb but not everyone does, I appreciate that. Even if you don't like lamb, Evvia is a must, with plenty of other meat and fish options, a buzzing atmosphere and awesome, friendly service. That said, most of the table did have the lamb...More

I've been to Evvia many times and I guess I'm not the only one. ;) The only downside is that it is always packed and sometimes it can feel a bit hectic and harried dining there just because of the buzz of activity. But having...More

Not a specific separate menu - but plenty of gluten free choices on their regular menu. Menu is posted on their web site.

Sister restaurant of Kokkari, Evvia has been serving beautiful and elegant Greek cuisine since 1995. Fabulous fish, savory roasted meats, and sun-soaked vegetables are jazzed up with a spritz of lemon, a little olive oil, and herbs. There is perfection in simplicity.
