Trip Advisor REALLY screwed this up! A lot of the reviews the 13 other Sanchos Taquerias are getting confused with this place. It's in San Carlos at 1457 El Camino Real, San Carlos, CA 94070. But Trip Advisor refuses to acknowledge that it exists so reviews for this place get confused with other similar places in Redwood City or Palo... More

Sancho's is affordable and fast, two adjectives that describe very few establishments in Palo Alto. There are better burritos in the Bay Area but Sancho's is definitely up there. It's nice that they give you free chips and salsa with your order.

Visited here for lunch since it's close to my office. There was a line-up but I didn't wait very long. I don't eat much Mexican food, but I ordered 2 fish tacos and they were delicious. The meal was very filling and it was under $9! They included nacho chips as well. TIP: this place only accepts cash.

Had 2 tacos for lunch. Sancho's beef taco had chopped marinated beef with guacamole and salsa, while the fish taco had deep fried white fish cubes, cabbage, and tapatio/mayo sauce. Both were garden varieties, nothing special. Price was high, almost $9 for both.

Love their burritos. Very tasty salsa and guacamole. Great lunch spot in Palo Alto. They have a few outdoor tables.

I cycled through lovely, but expensive , Palo Alto looking for a " locals " Taqueria. The folks at P.A. cyclery ( the bomb ! ) told me about Sancho's and I was not disappointed. Cycle friendly with 4 hardened bike stands, right in front. Then you order at counter, and they bring you a marvelous , authentic meal. I... More

I discovered Sancho's Taqueria only a couple of months ago and have returned a few times. I love their freshness and flavor of the fish tacos and the shrimp tacos. Just add a few squirts of lime juice really brightened up the shrimp flavor. The taco salad was deliciously light and flavorful. The tortilla soup is perfect for a cold... More

I come here from time to time since my work and home is so close to here. Super cheap and fairly good quality of Mexican food. They're well known for their fish tacos but I haven't tried them yet. (I tried the chicken quesadilla and it was pretty good.) I think I like this place more for the price than... More

We stop here while traveling South on 280. The service is quick and there is outdoor seating to enjoy after being in the car. The menu is great and there is a bar if you need a refreshment. The serve yourself taco chip bar is good too. I tend to have chicken quesadillas and this one is very good. Seems... More

It's The place for your easy going lunch in Palo Alto. Great quality and simplicity of the offered tacos and burritos. You must try the fish burritos: unique!
