I'm not sure if coldstone is just complacent or if I'm just tired of the same old flavors. But the service was very robotic. The staff was very stiff and unfriendly.

Coldstone Creamery is a great go to on a hot day. They have many concoctions that you can enjoy. Our favorite is Banana Caramel and Almond on Vanilla Cream. They have waffle bowls if you like them and they are very tasty. I love how you can have additional add-ons if you want for an extra charge. We added extra... More

This place is small. One employee was working. All tables were full. People had to eat outside to sit down --a 118 degree day. Hit the spot for a convenient dessert in the desert, Flavors change so it did not have the items still available in LA area such as Wonderwoman or Batman. We ate outside as our son stated,... More

The title says it all. There are numerous ice cream choices in this chain ice cream parlor. All choices are good.

This ice cream place is conveniently located on the Downtown "tourist strip" in Palm Springs. I love the interesting combinations of ice cream flavors, toppings & "mix-ins" that they've come up with here. My favorite is the "Coffee Lovers Only." When choosing one of their combination creations (or making up one of your own), the ice cream & toppings (such... More

I love their ice cream and when it's really hot in Palm Springs, who doesn't like some Coldstone?! Try to mix things up and make your creation.

Oh dear, from the first visit we were hooked. We only had four days left to our trip so we just had to visit every evening to try yet another 'small' icecream. The Apple Pie a la Coldstone was my favourite. We always chose the small size as we had already eaten, but after all the ingredients had been added... More
