This restaurant has outstanding food and exceptional service. Best hot & sour soup I've ever had! Highly recommend the Walnut Shrimp and the General Wang's Chicken - both house specialties. Portions are large, so sharing is suggested by the staff. Great value too!

We go to Wang's with some frequency on our visits to Palm Springs. Never again. The food was bland (including the "fiery" ginger beef that also had zero ginger flavor) and one dimensional. Service was well-meaning but clueless. If you talk to the manager after a patron complains, and the manager "might" do something about it, don't bring the check.... More

What a great happy hour! The drink menu is great and the food was so good. All of the skewers were excellent. Great options for the vegetarians too!

We go for the food, but the drinks are always reasonable and good too. It's an Asian fusion restaurant with a super diverse menu and as many times as we've been, we've never been disappointed. Now, if you're a purist, just walk on by and go wherever you frequent because, like I said, this is a FUSION restaurant. I, and... More

Though the waiting staff was very friendly, I would not recommend this place for the following reasons: First and foremost, the food is simply crappy - no presentation, no taste whatsoever. I seriously wonder whether its chef has any connection to Chinese cuisine at all. It's that bad. Secondly, the place is very loud and noisy. Could be due to... More

My friends and I were psyched for sushi, only to find out that Wang's doesn't serve sushi. Needless to say we were disappointed UNTIL the food we ordered arrived! We ordered family style and each plate was better than the last! Great place! Also, service was FANTASTIC! Super friendly and the wait wasn't long at all.

We lost our Wang's in San Diego and kept hearing about how great it was. On this trip to Palm Springs we got to live the experience for ourselves. We were there on Friday night, their 3 - 10 pm happy hour. The bar was filled with guys and gals, mostly over age 40. So it was a terrific bar... More

The food is candidly not good. Really, you go to Wang's for the fun atmosphere, great service and cocktails, not the food. If you want Chinese food, this is on a par with Panda Express so if you like fast food style Chinese, then you'll enjoy the nibbles.

We were in Palm Springs visiting and we were told this is a must stop on a Friday night for Happy Hour and it was. Lots of fun and friendly people.
