Exceptional steaks ( and everything else on the menu) and the most professional service. Our entire circle of friends hope the Chop House reopens.

I decided to try this place for dinner and was not disappointed. I had the special pistachio encrusted sea bass I loved it. Very tasty surrounded with lovely fresh petite vegetables service was excellent

Had dinner here with my wife last weekend and enjoyed every minute of our visit. The food is to die for and the service impeccable. The atmosphere there is romantic and it's location is primo. We stayed at the Hyatt Palm Springs which is centrally located to everything on Palm Canyon Dr. We will definitetly return to Chop House.

Found this one while strolling down the street, looking for a steakhouse. We were given a booth in the back, which was a bit too dark but still cosy. Service was very kind and dedicated. My friend had tuna tartar, which was delicious, her salmon filet was a bit overcooked. I had the impression my filet mignon was not the... More

We had a very nice meal, prices comparable to other steak places we've been to. My husband's prime rib was VERY good, and I recommend getting that and the fries.

We were two couples out for dinner. One person wanted steak so he got a 12oz filet mignon steak. We all had a taste. It did have an excellent flavor and it was tender but you would not expect otherwise for the price he paid. I had the sea bass with asparagus and mashed potatoes with lobster bits. The fish... More

The "main drag" in Palm Spring offers a lot of different restaurants -- some of them are mediocre tourist traps. But NOT the Chop House. We recently had an excellent dinner there with family. The food and service were outstanding. Our waiter, Andrew, was fun and efficient. We enjoyed steak, the free range chicken, onion soup and salads. We also... More

I had the sea bass and it was outstanding. My husband had the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly. The waitress Casey was the best. She saw to all our needs. When my husband forgot our credit card she ran down the street to catch up with us and returned our card. She went way above what was expected.

Excellent Service and knowledgable waitstaff. I had Linda the first meal and Mark my 2nd time here. First visit was for meat - I had a New Zealand rack of Lamb, consisting of 8 baby chops cooked medium rare -juicy and tender. My 2nd meal was ahi tuna, seared perfectly on the outside 1/8" and raw inside. Fantastic! Salads were... More
