My daughter is vegan and on a recent trip to Palm Springs we stopped in for some takeout at Native Foods. I got a build your own burger and fries and it was quite good. The only thing it really could have used was some nice cheese! OK so then it wouldn't be vegan but I have a certain weakness... More

Well California knows how to do vegan: my non-vegan companion was impressed and so was I. Vegan chicken and avo club was delicious and so was his burger. Also sent his daughter who was travelling there a few weeks after us.

I had one of their bowls. The food was great. It was a fun place in part because of staff and the customers. We shared a table with three "strangers." Very fun.

We had lunch there one day and really enjoyed it. We had some "chicken" wraps with salads which were nutritious and delicious! The lavender lemonade was great and it's nice that you can have refills on a hot day.

Doctor's orders lead me to be a vegan vegetarian when my cardiologist discovered I had heart disease five years ago. When traveling it is always a challenge to find a restaurant that offers me more than pasta or salad. It was a gift to have discovered this great restaurant that is truly vegan in it's offerings. With an extensive and... More

This is a great place to try some interesting food combinations. Not being a vegetarian I was a bit hesitant to try this restraunt, now after my 5th visit I am convinced one does nor have to be a vegetarian to have a great meal at Native Foods. A varied menue, fresh ingredients and interesting pairings of local produce result... More

I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend and his family (who eat meat) and we all loved the food here so much we came back multiple times during our trip! His grandparents, who live in palm springs, are regulars. It was really nice for me to be able to choose from everything on the menu! I had the "baja... More

This place is great in every aspect besides the menu. The service and look of the restaurant is nice but the food is just so bland and there are only three beverage selections. It is reasonably priced but there are just so many other better options in the plaza the place is in alone. There is no flavor in anything... More

In August, when you think no one will be in Palm Springs, we decided to try Native Foods Palm Springs location. Order at the counter, take a number and a runner brings your food to the table. Easy peasy. The food is fresh, delicious and vegan! Seitan is Native Foods preferred meat substitute. The servings are generous and the modest... More

Food is inexpensive and servings generous. Staff nice. Place nice too. Still, it's vegan junk food. If you crave junk food, this is your place. Otherwise...Mock meat tastes like supermarket bad mock meat, everything is just overdressed and you can't taste anything but the sauces. But someone likes fast food
