In August, when you think no one will be in Palm Springs, we decided to try Native Foods Palm Springs location. Order at the counter, take a number and a runner brings your food to the table. Easy peasy. The food is fresh, delicious and vegan! Seitan is Native Foods preferred meat substitute. The servings are generous and the modest... More

Food is inexpensive and servings generous. Staff nice. Place nice too. Still, it's vegan junk food. If you crave junk food, this is your place. Otherwise...Mock meat tastes like supermarket bad mock meat, everything is just overdressed and you can't taste anything but the sauces. But someone likes fast food

Fresh ingredients, vegan options, and healthy food. Prepared with love. Native Foods is cozy and comfortable. The owners and servers are friendly. The yummy lavender lemonade is one of my favorite drinks. Lots of free parking.

So the staff were great and friendly! The place is rather clean with maybe some stuff here and there, but not enough to really cause a problem I'm sure. What we saw was probably from a person before us. The menu is varied a lot with dishes ranging from different cultures, only with a vegan twist. We had some buffalo... More

We went back multiple times, everything we ate was excellent. We also ordered carryout online. We could have eaten there every day. Nice, friendly staff were a plus.

I revisited Native Foods today. Almost all the table inside were taken. I went to the counter to order and there was no one there to take our order or even greet us. One of their employees did come out, she looked at us and walked away. All she did was put a couple of dollars in the tip jar.... More

Our first Vegan cookbook was a Native Foods one so it was great to finally eat at one. Chicken wings are so amazing and I almost ordered more. Had the Oklahoma bacon Cheeseburger and my wife had the Reuben. This is awesome Vegan comfort food. Can't wait to come back to Palm Springs and eat here again.

Doesn't matter if you love to chomp down a huge piece of steak, or if you are a save the trees and animals person. Native foods is the place to go! Trick your stomach with a tofu chicken sandwich and delicious bacon! Or try some almond cheese in your burger, you won't even know it's tofu!

Love this place. Even my meat-eating husband likes a few entrees. Nachos are to die for and I love the meatball sandwich. Ooooooo.....and the desserts! Chocolate cupcakes and cookie sandwich......yum! Wish I lived closer.

I ate at this establishment based on a recommendation I received at the Palm Springs hotel where I stayed. I was told the food was "great" and that Native Foods was the beginning of a "chain" of restaurants on the West Coast. I had an enjoyable lunch here -- a vegan "chicken" sandwich, fries, lavender lemonade. The price was reasonable.... More
