We had the carnitas tacos and the pork tamales. Everything was homemade and delicious. Especially the refried beans. Both meats were high quality and tasty, no gristle or fat. We sat on the patio furthest from the live music which was way too loud for us but at a more enjoyable decibel level where we were sitting. Our server was... More

My wife and I visited the original location a few blocks north of the busy location near the Hyatt. The food was from the same recipe without the live music and crowds. We enjoyed the small patio all to ourselves, nice.

We were going into Palm Springs for the Thursday night street fair, and wanted to find a place for dinner in the area. We have walked past this location in the past, and it's always busy. We had reservations at 5:00 and may not have needed them, but the place filled up fast, and there were people waiting outside when... More

Maybe not the best Mexican restaurant in town, but certainly the most lively. The band are amazing (as some of the line up seems to change nightly) and the frozen margaritas are the best. (service can be a bit iffy at times)

Of course you can eat in many of the expensive places in PSP, 18 dollar for a starter and 38 for a piece of meat that isn't the best anyway. Here at las casuelas terraza is good atmosphere and really nice mexican food for a very good price. Live music sitting inside outside or in between.... everything is possible. Tried... More

My friend and I had dinner here last night, she's never been to Palm Springs before and it had been 20 years since I'd been to Las Casuelas. We knew it would be busy and we're prepared to wait so we had a mango margarita which was tasty while waiting in the bar. Our table was ready sooner than forecast... More

Yummy guacamole, good food, fun atmosphere. The fried ice cream was the bomb, would go just for that! It was fun at the dance place too. Make reservations!

We visit Las Casuelas whenever we're in town. We sat at the bar, And Beto was our bartender. He mixed a mean margarita. We had a couple of appetizers, and they were very tasty. It was a fun afternoon, and a nice Mexican restaurant.

We ate here one night during our stay in Palm springs, we were sat in a weird booth in a corridor near the toilets, so people walked past every second. We had the guac n chips starter, which was ok, then a burrito and fish tacos, both of which were very bland, no real flavour or spice,we were in and... More

A casual restaurant, open air to the street. Pleasant feeling. Service was Ok, a little slow to start, but then that server went off shift after taking my order. Wide choice of margaritas, and other drinks. The usual chips and salsa to begin, not much flavour to the salsa. But, the absolutely best chimichanga I have ever had. Served piping... More
