Making a reservation at this restaurant for a group of 10 was a painful experience where we were made to feel that our patronage was not appreciated: we could not make a reservation 55 minutes in advance, we had to provide a credit card as...More
Our son recommended this restaurant knowing that we're visiting Palm Springs. We came for lunch. Chicken Pad Thai was great and a ginger based dish for my husband was delicious. For desert we had sticky rice with mango - it did not disappoint!
Thai Smile is always on the money for great food and beverages. The Palm Springs location is very clean and the staff is attentive to details. My favorite go-to here is the garden salad with extra peanut dressing, Tom kum gai soup and pad Thai...More
This is a restaurant that has a diner vibe to it. It also moves patrons like a diner. The food was good, the veggies fresh and not cooked to limpness as they often are. I had the Thai Smile Garden and Sher the Musaman Curry....More

Hi. I know this question was asked a while ago. But Just went to this restaurant and they do have a happy hour but only in the bar or patio area. I find that to be very tacky. The "patio" is on a very busy street and no one wants to sit out there and the bar has mostly uncomfortable seating. If a restaurant offers a "happy hour" it should apply to the entire restaurant. Also, according to the waiter the times of the happy hour vary and don't match the website times. Very mis-leading in my opinion.
