Spend an afternoon or evening in Paris...You are taken back in time to a wonderful former home converted into a French experience. The menu has your French gourmet favorites served in the traditional ways. We started out with caviar served on a beautiful tray...delicious. It does cost more to eat here but is definitely worth the cost...lunches are more reasonable... More

I had long looked forward to dining at Le Vallauris; it is a highly regarded restaurant in the Coachella Valley. I learned from their webpage that Veal Sweetbreads were on the menu, one of my all-time favorite foods. What arrived on my plate was horrible: dry and overcooked. Sweetbreads should be sautéed such that the outside is just a little... More

Hello Robert, We are very sorry to hear that you did not like your Veal Sweetbreads. We wish you would have called the waiter for an immediate replacement of your dish (either redo sweetbreads the way you like them, or just order an other dish) We sell an enormous amount of Veal Sweetbreads and we always receive the best compliments... This is one of our favorite restaurants in the world. Tony and Paul started Le Vallauris in Palm Springs about 30 years ago on a coin flip. They couldn't decide between Newport Beach or Palm Springs. We always stop by to at least say hello every time Jules and I are in town. If you don't want to sit down... More

yes, it's pricey, but there's a reason this is consistently the highest rated restaurant in Palm Springs.

The ambience, food, and service is typically excellent. This would be the place to go for a special location. It is a small restaurant with a beautiful courtyard with lots of trees and lights. Owner takes pride and has approached our table every time we have been there, although, he does not know us. It is predominately French cuisine. I've... More

I pondered to book a dinner here, as we only had a few nights to dine out. This place is special! It's a little off the main street, but in walking distance to the shops. We went for dinner and what a nice surprise... the cute little courtyard for dining was just adorable! The waiter brought over a "menu board"... More

After having been to many restaurants in Palm Springs, so far this is still my favorite. I love the outside eating under the big trees. I love the service level, so professional and fun and yet reserved. Very attentive, any error is immediately addressed. The food was very good and unique.
