The food is very good and the staff are fun and friendly. Margaritas can be dangerous, but excellent in moderation!

Aside from astoundingly strong margaritas, there's nothing here to get excited about. How can you offer only 2 margaritas? Can't call yourself a real bar without table tents of tequila choices. I also do not like my drinks pre-made and then poured from a soda fountain. Margaritas are meant to be shaken. Food is average and getting worse. First a... More
Four of us had dinner at BC and were met by an older gentleman at the front podium who was rude. When we asked for a table for four he grumbled that 80% of their seats were outdoor and his indoor seats were being held for reservations. Never a hello much less a smile or a greeting / thanks for... More
I am here in Palm Springs this weekend for a conference, and our concierge told us that if we wanted to have a nice dinner out, we better get reservations in place since it is a Saturday night. After looking at Trip Advisor and talking to our knowledgeable concierge :), we decided to make a reservation at Blue Coyote Grill... More
Went here while on vacation after many recommendations. We went for dinner and we sat outside in the lovely courtyard. Our waiter came over to take our drink order and I had the Wild Cayote margarita on the rocks and my wife ordered it frozen in mango flavor at the waiters recommendation. They were spectacular. My wife ordered the Baja... More
I hav been going to this restaurant since the early 90's. Always take my European guests there for what is always a great meal. The outdoor ambiance is very refreshing especially during the cooler months ( you can dine indoors as well). Their house margaritas are to die for; they use Cuevaro Gold I believe.
The service is great. The patio is our preferred place to dine and the food is excellent. Two of us had the Chimichanga and two had the Santa Fe Enchilada both meals were great. The black beans were most enjoyed.
The food was good and portions large. I ordered huevos rancheros, and they were prepared perfectly. My husband ordered nachos, as he often does, and his plate could have satisfied at least 3 people. One downside: they brought chips & salsa then asked if we wanted guacamole. The guacamole was good, but they didn't mention that they charged $6.50 for... More
The patio area was a great spot to sit and relax with a margarita. The food was fine but not great. My meal was a bit bland, nothing special.
