I had a wonderful experience of professionalism and graciousness at the restaurant a month ago while on holiday in Palm Springs. This was refreshing after a harsh encounter down the street at the Visitor’s Center earlier in the afternoon. Sitting outside of your establishment I...heard the hostess announce, Happy Hour, I approached her and inquired about the wine, she escorted me to the bar and I order a glass of red, it was delicious. I had my carry- on wheeled luggage with me - it was allowed a place out of the way and my phone needed to be charged , so they let me do that also. I conversed with the bartender, she Informed me about the cuisine served - the aromas were enticing, but I was to meet friends later for dinner elsewhere; Instead I ordered another glass of wine and enjoyed the atmosphere until it was time for my friends to gather me for dinner. I was only in town for a few more days and was unable to make it back to dine. Hopefully I will return to Palm Springs next fall/winter - when all has improved .... My best to the staff and all for making me feel welcome that late afternoon.More

Good food and very friendly service. Open air seating facing the Main Street. A bit noisy and the decor isn’t the best. The food and the service makes it worthwhile returning.

Wonderful place for a group for brunch. We had the unlimited champagne drinks. The food was quite good as well. Service was top notch.

We have eaten at Zin many times. It is consistently good. We stopped in with another couple and had salads and mains. They offer a very wide wine list.

We made a reservation here for Valentine's Day dinner. The place was very busy, and obviously the employees were rushing around to make everyone happy. That said, we still got great service. I would say the food was overall very good. They have a lot...of tables crammed into a small space. Perhaps they added extras for V.D. I saw several near accidents between patrons and servers with trays of food. It did not have the relaxing atmosphere you experience in some other places.More

Everything about this restaurant, from the friendly Mindy on the phone, to the reasonably priced and delicious lunch items, and especially the charming, attentive, and accommodating waitress JJ. Can’t wait to go back....

Such a great restaurant. Amazing food, great service and sitting at the bar for dinner is the best. Gaby makes the experience even better as she’s so sweet and accommodating. This along with the weather makes it the go to place in Palm Springs for...lunch or dinner. It’s my new local hang when I’m here.More

Stopped for Happy Hour in search of a good cheese board. We found it at Zin. Bartender was great. Good happy hour specials too. Zin bites delicious which is beef Wellington in a pastery

This was an excellent place for dinner. Hubby loves the steak frittes and they did not disappoint. The steak was cooked perfectly. I had the buttermilk fried chicken and it was so tasty and delicious. Our server was Martin and he took great care of...us. He made hubby's Manhattan just the way he wanted it. Very friendly and nice.More

This Palm Springs “American Bistro” would stand out in any locale for its exceptional menu, kitchen, ambiance, attentive professional service and amazing wine list. It almost seems like a wine shop that happens to serve meals. But then the food starts coming and the artistic...presentation matches the exquisite execution of creative but warmly comfortable dishes. Priced are most reasonable for the quality and expertise. But one can get lost in the higher price weeds of the wine list if one gets carried away. Don’t worry, there are excellent reasonably price selections, like the Washington Stare Colombia Valley Syrah we enjoyed with the daily special pasta with arugula, provolone cheese, garlic and a delicate light oil sauce; and cauliflower steak with green beans and grilled redskin potatoes. Cauliflower is a tough dish to do right and is avoided by all but the best chefs. It is perfection at Zin. This is also a woman owned and operated restaurant, itself a rarity, and the team vibes reflect a caring operator who values her staff. It is also clearly articulated by her posted declaration of the value and importance of immigrants in continuing to build the foundation of our nation. Do yourself a great favor and settle in to enjoy fine dining at its best without the pretense. You will have a ball. We sure did. 😎🙏More
