We ordered take-out for brunch 3 or 4 times in a period of a month, and it was delicious each time. Their breakfast burritos are really good, and we even tried lunch items like the grilled salmon and the scallop fettuccine and those were good...as well. Everyone is always nice there, from the ladies at the host stand to the people who take the phone orders and the wait staff. Miguel, in particular, is always friendly and, even with a mask, you can see he's smiling and happy to meet you.More

The patio is lovely . The night we went there were not enough servers - the food was mediocre and over priced.

We recently ate here as we’re renting a house in Escena. That night the food was very unappealing. We tried the restaurant for dinner a second time as we had guests visiting. There were 7 of us - 4 men and 3 ladies who had...returned from vigorous hiking at Joshua Tree and were ravenous. Despite having a reservation we had to wait for the hostess to set up a table ... even though there were plenty of tables. After sitting down we realized there were only four menus and had to flag down a body for 3 more. The waiter took for ever before greeting us at the table and only wanted to take the drink order first. We obliged and waited again. So far he got the drink orders right. Finally he took our food order which consisted of everyone having an appetizer and main course. We waited again for the appetizers. 3 of us ordered the Stacked tomatoes with fresh, mozzarella. The tomatoes were rock hard, unripe, tasteless and fairly colourless. It was also served with an over-abundance of sauce pooled in the middle of the plate drowning the cheese. We picked at it but didn’t finish the plate. The 4 others shared meat balls, sliders and tacos but were unable to finish them all as the food was poorly unappealing. We spent a long time looking at the left over appetizers until another server showed up with the entrees. I’ve never experienced such a rude waiter who was putting the entree plates down on the table without first clearing the appetizer plates. I reprimanded him for not first removing the used plates. Finally all us hungry people were served our main courses. But then we realized the server took all the silverware without replacing it. This time we were unable to flag down a body for utensils ...I just got up collecting silverware from other pre-set tables. The pastas were heavy, drowning in too much sauce, the crab cakes were hard while swimming in too much sauce, and overall we didn’t t finish our poorly cooked meals. Our drinks were never refreshed ...perhaps if we had drank some more wine and beer, and were a bit tipsy we wouldn’t have noticed all the short comings. One thing that is for sure is the consistently poor service and poor food. This is most upsetting as a good waiter would have commented on so much left over food and/or would have offered to exchange the food. The kitchen is both slow, obviously untrained and produces very, low quality meals. The service was abhorrent. The restaurant and outdoor seating is very attractive but in no way does it make up for the lack of management overseeing the staff and the kitchen. This should seriously be addressed. On the way out by the hostess counter I couldn’t help thinking why is this bored, underworked young lady at least not refilling the candy-mint mint dish which sits above her reservation list and why she couldn’t even muster a thank you, hope you enjoyed your meals, good bye and have a nice evening? This is all a reflection of a poorly run restaurant and poorly trained staff. Upon returning to the house we cooked up some bacon, eggs and toast to feed this hungry group.More

We returned here after a several year absence for our Farewell Breakfast. With a few flying out the next day, and some of us having to drive back to Orange County, 99 miles away. The Lox and Salmon Plate looked to be the winner, with...cappers, tomato, dipping sauce. Alas, I had the Classic Breakfast, with two eggs over easy, a slice of Ham, hash brown potatoes and a Coke. We had a nearly tearful goodbye, one man, John, not wanting to go back to the COLD in Canada. But this same man grills and BBQ’s at -30 degrees. This is a beautiful golf course and lovely restaurant, I would recommend it for any meal you want with an excellent view of the not so distant mountains and Palm Springs palm trees.More

We visited Palm Springs for the first time in Feb 2019. We came here once for lunch and loved it! Our next visit was Feb 2020 and even tho we stayed in Palm Desert this time, we drove over to Palm Springs twice just to...come here for lunch! The food is very good and the setting and view of the golf course from their dining patio is just lovely! Ivan was our server on the first day and he was such a delight! We were diappointed not to get him as our server on our next visit, but we still received good service.More

Visited for lunch, and got an outside table with a great view of the mountains beyond the golf course. Alas, food and service was disappointing. Fries were cold and hard, and although we ordered bottomless champagne, we were not refilled. Sigh... Perhaps better on another...trip, they were busy, but many people had been waiting for service or to get checks. Probably would recommend, but just to get drinks because of the view.More

We reserved a table to five for Saturday brunch. Had to wait 15 minutes while they set up the table. They only set the table with 3 place settings. After the server's assistant brought the food we asked for silverware and napkins. He said we...would have to ask our server. We went to a nearby empty table and got them ourselves. I ordered a sweet potato, bacon frittata. There were no sweet potatoes in the frittata. I ordered sour dough toast. The waiter brought cold, burned rye toast. I ordered coffee and the cup was stained with lipstick. Just before we were to leave the waiter finally offered to refill my coffee. It definitely seemed as though customer service was not a high priority.More

Lovely club house patio, beautiful views especially at sunset, tasty bar bites and happy hour specials. Dinner menu looked quite appealing as well. Will definitely be back

We booked this place to have an early lunch on Thanksgiving Day. We booked well in advance as we were visiting Palm Springs, and we were looking forward to sitting outside for the meal and seeing the view. Well.....Mother Nature made it rain, so sadly,...we didn't get to do that. However, we could see how fabulous the view would have been had we been able to sit outside, so probably the other 364 days of the year, you will be fine. Instead of outside, they seated us next to a roaring fireplace, and it was just lovely. The server was terrific, and we had very good food. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I gave it 4 instead of 5 because the food was very good, but not amazing. BUT, I would definitely go back. It was a very pleasant meal and environment.More

This has been one of our favorite places for breakfast and lunch. But this was an extremely disappointing experience. The was menu has been changed significantly and has much fewer choices. Our favorite in the past was eggs Benedict and I always ordered it with...salmon. Currently the only choices are ham, tomatoes or arugula, all for an additional cost. And it looks as though the potatoes are now also charged as a side. The lunch items are slim. Sandwiches, soup or salads. I avoid eating bread so I ordered a cup of soup and wedge salad. There were 4 choices if you wanted to add protein to the salad, all for an additional amount. I chose shrimp. I think it was $4 for 4 shrimp. The tomatoes in the salad were few and very small cherry tomatoes cut in half. Very tiny feta and bacon crumbles and a skimpy amount of dressing. Soup was good but not hot. My husband was with us. His hamburger was dry and overcooked and his French fries were cold. I also had a glass of wine and our bill was $65!! The ladies were served luke warm coffee. We had to ask several times for salt and pepper as there was none on the table. The waiters seemed confused and disorganized and even though we requested separate bills for the 10 of us, when time to present the bill they were all on one except for my husband and I, so they had to redo the bills for the other ladies. And even though my husband had paid for our bill, I was presented with the bill for the lady next to me. Over all,a frustrating experience and, I don't know about the others, but my husband and I will not be back!More
