Visited Mitch's twice when in Palm Springs in March. The sea food is very good, though pretty expensive. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. Tuesdays wine is for half price; all recognize that, making an advance reservation a must.

My wife usually is hard to please, but she remembers this place from a year back, so it's got to be good.

The place is odd, sports bar up front, very dark patio in back and bizarre space in the middle. 70's music blaring all night. A very dated scene. If the food was good, I would have dealt with Neil Sedaka, but it was not good. Our very cocky server made it seem that everything on the menu was to die... More

Mitch's is just great Superb service .... dining on the patio ..... wonderful food. What else can you ask for? I had the sashimi and then the Dory.....both were fantastic. Our group ate so many things I can't recall them all....all I do remember is empty plates and smiles Try this place

Booked this place not knowing much about it, but highly recommend. 6 of us dined there, food was outstanding, and kudos to the sommelier (Lisa?), she was amazing and so knowledgable. We are not impressed by "poshness" and this place got it right. Relaxed, but when we asked for advice on both food and wine, the staff knew their stuff.... More

My wife had a delicious salmon. But I am a vegetarian and there was nothing vegitarian on the menu. When we asked the waiter said they could make a pasta... More

Went to Mitch's for the lst time and loved loved their happy hour. Great selections and good prices. We had the Kobe beef sliders ($10) which were 2 different sliders and a side of both shoe string onion rings and french fries. Followed that with Jalapeno Poppers (stuffed with crab, spicy tuna, and cream cheese) $8, a California roll ($8),... More

Just moved here from Chicago and my husband and I are major foodies. First time dining at Mitch's with some friends and it was dare I say flawless. Mitch, himself, greater us at the door with open arms and escorted us to a lovely patio table. Moments later, Michael, stopped by the table and immediately got the party started. He... More

Everyone will tell you that Mitch's is a great restaurant. I have been before and it was pretty good. This year however my date and I felt rather under appreciated and quite frankly not treated to great service or food. We made a reservation on Open Table and were promptly seated to a table in the far corner of the... More
