We just had a very disappointing dinner at Cuistot in Palm Desert. The disappointment centered around the service. We order a $70 bottle of wine, and after the initial pouring, no one offered to pour us wine. We had to get a wait person's attention on three different occasions to get refills. We also had to ask for bread. As... More

Hi Fay, Thank you for taking the time to sit down and write your review about your dining experience at Cuistot. While I would prefer a glowing report we need to hear the bad with the good, otherwise we can't improve. You do have amazing dining options in the Coachella Valley but we do hope you give us another chance... More

As French cuisine is one of our favorites, as is a wine list featuring many French - and worldwide wines - Cuistot is easily our all-time-favorite place to dine. Last evening was most rewarding: we four all had a great time here, once again, and the selections available for the "Restaurant Week menu" were simply the best we have seen,... More

We visit this place nearly every time we visit Palm Springs area. This time, I had the mushroom soup, and it was the best I've had anywhere. The lamb chops and filet mignon were also outstanding. They have a great wine list although we brought in our own bottle ($25 corkage) because we cannot do that where we live in... More

We always have a great meal here. I see the criticisms of expense, but we usually go for a late lunch or happy hour. for lunch I love the veal patty, and the wild mushroom soup, perfect. my wife usually has the lunch box feature. The happy hour has small plates of the regular dinner items, and they are not... More

Mother's day brunch. Very peaceful and civilized. Lovely patio. The little pastries at the start were nice, but they should be mini and more so that each person can have a little taste of different things. we were the 2nd table to be seated on the patio, but we were the 6th served our meals. Something went wrong in the... More

We were taken here by a friend, so that she and my wife could see the fashion show at lunch time. (Reservation is needed for the fashion show lunch). The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The fashion show featured high end items from shops alond the El Paseo Shopping District. A little out of my price... More

We arrived early on a Tuesday evening after a fun visit to the Palm Desert branch of the Palm Springs Art Museum. The happy hour menu is the perfect offering at the perfect time of day in the beautiful desert early evening. Polite, attentive service, thoughtful food offerings, creative cocktails and nice wine choices. Elegant surroundings attended by experienced, polite... More
