I had had their bread before and decided to try something else. I chose the farmer's bagel, almond bearclaw and a roll called an epi. All were excellent and just out of... More

This local bakery closes once it sells out for the day, which is often by 2pm or earlier. Go there for cafe and croissant or other delicious pastry for breakfast or mid-morning break, or take home some of their "eat it plain out of the bag" farmer's seed bread. Local owner and staff put their heart and soul into their... More

Really good pastries and sandwiches, very nice staff. Make sure you have cash because they don't accept credit cards.

Paul makes the best breakfast pastries on the Peninsula. He uses only high quality ingredients and his pastries are HUGE!!! Better value for your money than other bakeries in the area. The only down side is that he often sells out of the most popular items early in the day especially on the weekend. The chocolate croissants are to die... More

Each day and season bring different offerings but the pastries are consistently good and huge. For instance, one cinnamon roll easily feeds two or more, but just try to stand in line with a friend and leave with only one pastry to share. If you are there right at opening, not everything is out. By 07:30 the case is full... More

I hate waking up early, but this place is worth it. The thumbprint cookie with peanut butter in the middle is sooooo good, and my friend said that her bomboloni was excellent.
