Stopped for a quick snack. Bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado sandwich was fresh and tasty. Croissants were excellent!

This Place was Amazing!! Ended up just stopping here for a grab and go breakfast. Everything looked so good, and all the pastries are Huge. The Chocolate Croissants were delicious. Make sure to bring cash when you go they don't take cards, and I would suggest to go early, the pastries were flying fast. Sold lots of breads, a variety... More

This is a lovely place to get your holiday breakfast pastries and bread but expect long queues, very high prices and things to have disappeared by 10am!

We were told this was the best bakery in the world. Skeptically, we thought it would be worth a stop nonetheless. And we have to admit it. It really is. They have the most incredible (huge) pastries. Unbelievable quality in huge, big enough to share sizes and at reasonable prices. And the sandwiches look so appealing we also did those... More

Probably the best bakery in the area, the breads, the pastrys, and sandwiches to go are all exceptional. Weekends sometimes finds lines out the door at 7am for the fresh donuts, cinnamon rolls, and breads. Simply the best!

I had researched places to see and visit before our July trip to Pacific Grove and this bakery was always at the top of the list. They are a favorite of the locals, open at 7am and stay open until the wonderful baked goods are gone...needless to say we were waiting outside the door with our drool cloths ready and... More

Very excellent products: croissants, sandwiches, pastries, all beautifully presented. This is one of our destinations on your yearly visits to the Monterrey peninsula. I never took pictures of food before this place. Croissants awesome.

Started each day with Pavel's Farmers Breakfast Brötchen, egg baked into a large seeded bun. Perfect quick start to the day. Great danish and breads here also.

Yes, you must go early. They open at 7 am. There is both craft and art in everything Pavel's offers. Sandwiches on their just-out-of-the-oven bread can't be beat. We split a turkey one day and a caprese the next. Croissants, both butter and chocolate, are huge and melt in your mouth. Butterfly cookies (just right for this "butterfly capital") were... More

On vacation with family and came across Pavel's for great baked goods. I arrived at 6:48 am line already in place about 10 deep. After I ordered fresh cinnamon rolls, chocolate croissant and maple bomb the line was 20 people deep. The bread look great as well. Enjoy the wait well worth it.
