This must have been the first time in my life that I have dined alone at a restaurant, had good food, and left feeling worse than I did when I walked in the door.
When I arrived, the hostess was nowhere to be seen. Eventually,...More
Wild Fish is a delightful Eatery in downtown Pacific Grove. All their entrees are made with local sustainable fish. The menu has a great variety. We slurped down a half-dozen Pacific Northwest oysters that were outstanding. The special salad was beet and radish - amazing....More
Had the ahi quesadilla, that was very tasty but super small. Only a few bites, and more shredded greens than any other element. This may be local and organic, but it is definitely not worth the high prices being charged.
We hadn't booked but had no problem getting a table and beginning the best fish dinner we've had in a long time.
My wife and I shared a Specials starter of sauteed chanterelle mushrooms - just delightful and bursting with flavour. Then on to the...More
The food was quite lovely. Creative and full of flavors. The prices are a little higher than competing restaurants in the area. The seating is a bit tight and the night we went noisy. We asked that the music be turned down and it was....More

Thank you for the thumbs-up! We really appreciate the review!
They had an appetizer special, crab and sweet potato, for $21. It was pricy but we really enjoyed it. Kale salad was $12 and fish was $30. Wines are pricy. The least expensive red bottle was $40. We really enjoyed the restaurant.
