I guess it must be a different region than I am used to. For the 77.00 bill for the 2 of us I really expected to be blown away.
The bartender said the steak was amazing and it was a smaller steak the price would...More
We have loved the food and experience every time we have gone to Gabbi’s (about 5 times). The tortillas and hand made in open view and the house margaritas are excellent. Be adventurous and try something new each time you go. You will not be...More
We were unable to get reservations for a couple of days during holidays, but we persisted and we enjoyed our meal very much. The restaurant has no visible signage that we could see.
Service was prompt and efficient. The food was very good.
I've eaten here three times and each time I had to have a reservation. I've been turned away each of the 3 times I've showed up at dinner time. But this is well worth it! EXCELLENT upscale Mexican food and wonderful, personable service. We just...More
The food here is fabulous and it is consequently crowded. I was there for my birthday on a Monday and it was packed. The staff seemed slightly overwhelmed and not truly oriented towards a customer service experience. They were not rude but not friendly or...More
We've been going to Gabbi's since its opening. The food is consistently very good and the mole specials are the best! We were just there for an anniversary and were waited on by Juan (he's been with Gabbi's for years now and has frequently been...More

A business colleague and I visited Gabbi's during the downtown Orange "Halloween Festival". The main street was blocked off and kids of all ages were going from shop to shop for treats. I was apprehensive at first, but the experience was outstanding! From the warm...More

I don't know if they have a kid's menu, but I see a lot of families there. However, it's crowded, dark and somewhat pricey, and the cuisine is more gourmet than the average Mexican restaurant. If your kids are little, I'd say go with El Torito instead.
