Went after skiing for dinner and beer. The burger was good, and my spouse loved her boxty. Service was good, observant and responsive

Dropped in here mostly for a pint before heading to my room for the night. They had Smithwick's, Guiness and Harp on draft (as should any self respecting Irish Pub). The food menu is largely standard American Pub fare with a healthy dusting of Irish / UK standards (fish and chips, Guiness Stew, shepherd's pie and my favorite: Boxtys). I... More

I ate here twice during my visit to Squaw Mountain. I had boxty and soup on the first visit. The boxty was very tasty, boxty was light and the shapers pie stuffing was very good as well. The potato soup was good but not great. I had wings another night that were nicely prepared. The service was a bit slow... More

We had not found a Guinness this dark and authentically creamy since Vancouver, so we are in love. The place is standard pleasant ski-area Irish Pub. Good value for ski resort. We each had an $8 taco appetizer (two medium size fish tacos, plenty) and shared the fries with curry sauce; we were stuffed for $24 plus Guinness. If you... More

While staying in the area, we stopped by here for dinner one evening. Our waitress was very friendly and the service was quick! I had their Guinness Beef Stew, which was amazing! Ever since we ate here, I've been trying to re-create their stew because it was that good! My husband had their Corned Beef & Cabbage, which was really... More

Was here in January 2017 and enjoyed the atmosphere. Auld Dubliner is a fairly authentic Irish pub with a good selection of beers on tap (including the "Trinity" of Harp, Smithwicks and Guinness).

What's better on a cold day that some hearty Irish food? Stews, corned beef and cabbage, and many other traditional items are available. All are prepared well, and tasted great. After dining at all the other restaurants in the village, Auld Dubliner has by far the biggest and best burger available! Lots of beers and wines to choose from. We... More

The auld dubliner has been around forever and there is always a wait to be seated, skiers loving to come in for drinks. The food is regular, the mussels are very good, the fish taco and ahi tower fresh but the seating is always uncomfortable because of the crowds and commotion. It is not a place where you would Go... Best place for drinks and appetizers in The Village. We prefer hanging in the bar area, watching sports, and playing darts. Fun spot.

The Auld Dubliner Irish Pub was created to bring the spirit of a traditional Irish pub to the beautiful Sierra Mountains of California. With its dark wooden floors and authentic decor, the Auld Dubliner has the feel of a village pub in rural Ireland. It brings to life a culture of hearty food and drink, good music, warm hospitality, and friendly banter.

We offer authentic Irish Fayre and American classics, with a menu selection ranging from Shepherd's Pie or Fish & Chips to our perfectly seared Ahi Tuna Salad. Appetizers, sandwiches, and burgers round out the menu, featuring Boar's Head premium sandwich meats and Painted Hills all natural grass-fed beef. Our new breakfast menu is sure to satisfy your hunger before you hit the slopes at world-class Squaw Valley Ski Resort.

At the Auld Dubliner, we pour the "perfect pint" in 20-oz. Imperial pint glasses. You won't find a better Guinness on draught! We also feature Harp and Smithwicks on tap, as well as a huge selection of spirits and whiskeys, including Jameson, Bushmill's and Midleton Irish.

The Auld Dubliner Irish Pub is located in the Village at Squaw Valley, at the base of Squaw Valley Ski Resort, and just minutes to beautiful Lake Tahoe. Come and join us!
