This is a great place for take out right on the beach. Just under the pier with picnic tables and a restroom close by. Great lightly breaded fish and chips or grilled fish tacos. Highly recommended.

Got the full fish an chips. 6 pc of cod with seasoned breading, Waffle fries and the best coleslaw. I'd give it 5 stars if it were not for the dreaded charge card screen pimping for a tip. Always afraid if I don't someone will...spit in my food.More
Was not happy with our food. Had the halibut and chips and clam chowder. Fish was over cooked. Chips were ok. Chowder was average.
This location is at the bottom of the Oceanside pier. The fish we all had was fresh and tasty. It was fun to eat outside and people watch along with the sights and sounds of the ocean.
I tried a variety of food from here and it was all pretty good. I knock them down to 4/5 only because I think the tortilla's they use with the taco's could be better. We had better calamari taco's at another nearby restaurant, but for...a place at the pier I would definitely go again.More
Came here during our beach day. The food was made to order, fresh and absolutely delicious! We rate food from all of our travels, and my husband said these chicken tacos were his #1! We ordered Chicken tacos, chicken tenders , a burger, ice cream...and a milkshake. Very nice staff and nice view from the tables.More
The food in this place is incredible! Fish tacos are my favorite dish🤤 You can also watch the sunset while enjoying a delicious dish with your partner❤️ We will be back😊
Restaurant right at pier. Outside socially distant seating. Order at window. Got a variety to share with wife- mixed seafood grill, crab cakes and clam chowder- all hot, fresh and excellent
We stop here for lunch, the menu had many choices of seafood and prices very reasonable. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. We had the fried fish tacos combo, fried osyter po-boy sandwich.
We just stopped by and checked the menu, It looked good, so we ordered from menu calamari appetizer and bowl of clam chowder. It was some of the BEST clam chowder that we have tasted. Nice creamy and full of clams.
Stopped here a couple days ago. It’s right on the strand by the pier. Large selection of food on the menu. We ordered a half order of fish and chips. It was enough for two people. The fish was crisp, so were the fries. This...was a good plate of food. I would return.More
I heard so many good thing about Tin Fish in Trip Advisor, so I decided to try. I ordered Calamari Appetizer and Grilled Sword Fish Plate. As I expected, it was a lot of food! Calamari was fairly good, but it was mostly batter. For...$14, I expected more. They gave me so many Sword Fish pieces, but it was so tough. I thought they knew how to cook fish, so it was very disappointing. Maybe their specialty is fried stuff. Their waffle fries were pretty good. Since they are right by the pier, they don’t need to worry about people not coming, but I felt ripped off in tourist trap.More
We just stopped by after watching the sunset on the pier for a little bite to eat. The service was friendly and the fish tacos were flavorful and large. Great value.
I didn't want anything fried, so I ordered the caesar salad yesterday (Feb. 17, 2020) with mahi mahi and shrimp. Cost: $20. It turned out to be nothing but lettuce and four small shrimps, which were very tasty, and a couple of small pieces of...fish jerky. It was that tough. I couldn't even get the plastic knife through it. After having waited more than 30 minutes for the salad, I ate what I could and disposed of the remainder. Most disappointed.More
The clam chowder is wonderful along with the cod fish & chips. Prices are reasonable and service was quick & friendly.
