Tasty, but raw dough in crust

Delicious sauce and toppings, but crust was doughy and raw in the middle of the pizza. Just a few more minutes in the oven would have made this pizza perfect. Fast friendly counter service. This is mainly a take out place, but there are tables if you choose to dine in. Coke products.

Still the best pizza!

Glad to see they’ve made it through the pandemic & crazy CA lockdown hysteria and are still serving some of the best pizza I’ve ever had!!! Awesome fresh salads & super friendly staff too. The perfect crisp yet great chew crust. Can’t be beat!!

Big Bobs is really the Best!

I work nearby and go here for lunch when i can. They have a great lunch special with a slice, a salad, and a drink. They put a lot of toppings on the pizza! very generous with toppings. The crust is tender and delicious. I love their salad, and the Ranch dressing is the best I have ever had. I have also tried the lasagne and it is really good too. This is the best pizza in Oceanside. Best in north county!

Mediocre service, and undercooked pizza. I have been going here for years. Sad it has come to this. So many better options in the area, try somewhere else.

Wow, best pizza we’ve had in the area!!! Glad we finally got around to trying it & will definitely be returning. Pizza was outstanding as was the salad. Pizza sauce definitely has some pizazz!

Had to return while in town...

We had the pleasure of trying Bib Bob’s Best Pizza back in early Jan 2019 while vacationing and also again this past week while vacationing again in near by Carlsbad. Last time was dine. Excellent service and recommendations by the cashier taking our order. This past week we called in a pick up order as was nearing closing. The gal over the phone took our order and was very pleasant. Mind you she could have said no as it was near closing time. We arrive within 20 mins. And everything was on it’s way out the oven. We were kindly greeted and the gentleman who received our payment was attentive. The servings are big, the pizza toppings nothing Big Bob’s skims on and the favors are amazing. Hand down one of the best pizza places we have ever tried. We will continue to vacation in near by Carlsbad and will gladly make that short drive to Big Bob’s. P.S. the Bread Sticks are a must try!!

Exceptional Over 4 Yrs

Best Pizza in San Diego. Moved away for 3 years and came back and still the same excellent Sauce that actually tastes like home made Italian sauce (I was engaged to 100% Italian women). They use a mixture of three cheeses and it is not fake or out of a bag. Meat ball sandwich is very good as well.

Pizza Explosion

Don't be surprised by this place. And maybe the extra minutes waiting for your pizza, lasagna or other specialty items. This place rocks the pizza. Hot, fresh and delicious. I love this place for being a virgin first time eater. I know where I'll be coming to get my pizza at. Well worth it. They do delivery as well ,ask about the area which they deliver. If you love pizza or Calzones. Hit them up and enjoy.

Nice Take Out

Excellent pizza from here. It was massive as was the soda. Friendly staff, seemed like a family run business. If staying at hotel nearby I would recommend having a Takeout from here. There is seating but I would not choose this place as a restaurant

Sheri was a darling on the phone, answering questions with not a sign of impatience, truly an angel 😇 of the airwaves. I like nice service, and in this instance I received it in droves. We were in Oceanside for the night, and after a dismal visit to a fancy Peruvian restaurant in Carlsbad (second, and last) for lunch, we took the Pizza night route, delivered to our hotel room. We chose Big Bob’s Best Pizza due to the overwhelming number of positive reviews. Sheri answered and the rest is now history. Food: The Works Pizza, substituting Green Bell Peppers with Linguica, a variety of sausage, with Sheri’s kind approval. The large was $27+? Good pizza served generously, showing why the high ratings were valid. 4.5 Stars. 2 Calzones at around $10+ each. One with Artichokes and Mushrooms 🍄. The next with Artichokes and Olives. Both were a Big Hit, besides their size, which for a small were quite impressive. My two lady companions agreed like one to how good they tasted. 4.5 Stars. This place showed its true colors, and made us very happy in the process. Final Bill was around $51+ a nice gratuity for the very personable delivery driver. No more pizza, please, a break is in order, but if we wanted more we would love to order from this place. Sheri, a true darling. Cook or cooks, talented enough. 4.5 Stars.

Good pizza nice people

Pizza made fresh with tasty ingredients. Decent size menu with in house specials and the option to create your own. Please note: Seating area isn't that big if you're planning to dine in with a large group. The pizza by slice options are only available during daytime hours.

Pizza Lunch Specials!!!

occasionally I stop by and eat here. they have the best lunch deals. one slice, drink and a salad or you can mix it up 2 slices and a drink etc.... the pizza is great in flavor and up to 3 toppings a slice for the lunch specials. My go to toppings: chicken, pineapple and basil! def recommend lunch specials! also the fried zucchini! bomb.com!
