Tasty food. Very busy on a Wednesday night at 8:30 pm, but we didn't wait long for a table. Just long enough for someone to clean one off. But the place was packed. My husband had the pork chop which was huge and super tasty. I ordered the fish which was halibut that day. It was a large piece of... More

Very foodie kind of place. Ales and appetizers were great. The Lamb carpaccio salad was a nice surprise. Had a cheese fruit nut plate that was fabulous. Great service. Fun decor. Great ambiance. Everything ordered by our group was amazing!

I tagged along with some co-workers for dinner and this was the spot they chose. The outside is so deceiving as it looks tiny from the outside but is HUGE inside. We sat outside because inside is very busy and a little dark. Our waiter knew his stuff and made everything on the menu sound amazing. I went with the... More

Not often does a place live up to the hype, let alone exceed it! This place does! Excellent food, beer, wine selection and service. I cannot say enough good things here, just go!

Good food but too loud and crowded. They need to add some acoustics to dampen the noise. Wont be back, not worth it

We are from the East coast and happened upon it 2 years ago during our last visit to SoCal. We have been dreaming about returning ever since. It was great! Wonderful, quick, and attentive service plus outstanding food coupled with strong wine and beer options. If you like food, wine, & beer, you should go.

Great food, great beer and a cool vibe. Worth the visit and it's a great thing for Oceanside to have. We all had different meals and we all liked them.

The flying pig is a gastropub with good beers and fabulous food. The staff is like a big family and the food is extraordinary. The atmosphere is very laid back and informal. Nightly specials and reasonable prices. Always a big favorite is the pork burger-----so juicy. And even though they are just fries the fries are always hot, and just... More

I saw this place had top reviews on Yelp, but when I drove to it I thought it looked like a small biker bar so I decided to skip it. My husband and teen went to check it out without me one night and raved about the food and decor. Fast forward a few months and they dragged me there... More
