My friend and I went to Hopscotch today for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised. We had wonderful drinks. I ordered a wagonwheel, which was delicious. My friend ordered the burger and fries and I had the smoked salmon benedict. Both entrees were fantastic. The bartender/servers were very attentive and friendly. The prices were reasonable. We enjoyed ourselves. Hopscotch is... More

We went to this restaurant for both their happy hour and Sunday brunch. For the happy hour, we experienced great service and nice appetizers with at least one having a Japanese cuisine influence. For brunch, customers can be standing forever at the door to get a table without anyone on staff acknowledging their presence. (Catch a server to ask for... More

A very unique restaurant and cannot describe a particular style of cuisine We share fried green tomatoes and 2 other appetizers. My daughter an son in law share the fried chicken as the portion was that large and I had the clams in broth wth scallion pancake with turnips. Sounds strange but delicious Drinks were also unique. Some with jalapeño... More

My wife and I were celebrating an anniversary and we heard great things about this restaurant. As would be expected, there was a wait so we went to the corner bar (connected to the restaurant) for a drink. Our name was called and we sat at a table for two (kinda cramped but understandable). We started with the half dozen... More

Had brunch there on Father's Day. Staff was very friendly and food was good. Not your average breakfast choices and good portion sizes. We all left full and happy, ready to start our day. Had the fried chicken and biscuits with eggs. Very good. Wish I could remember what others had because they were all so happy. I would absolutely... More

Fun atmosphere, Art Deco theme throughout. Small menu with a wide varied selection, unique Japanese fusion. Ring your sweet tooth.

Went there with friends as I heard so muck about the fried chicken and beef tongue burger. We got there early and was able to secure a table for 6. After some great cocktails, we shared some starters which included kakiage (fried red onion, enoki mushrooms) which was very tasty and good, blistered fava beans whisk was ok, and hamachi... More

Absolutely right choice after a long flight; the wedge salad was delicious, blend of old school and new, as was the fried chicken. Friendly atmosphere.

Had dinner gathering with a couple in San Francisco who recommended this place. The fried chicken is to die for and unlike any other fried chicken I tasted. We had raw oysters and fried whole fish which were also good but not to the level of fried chicken. Highly recommend it! Neighborhood is hip and upcoming, very nice.

The fried chicken was really good. The batter though was too salty. The portion size was really good and the chicken was cooked perfectly. they also do not offer any side with it of any note. I got a few asparagus and a table spoon of bad slaw. For the price which is high for fried chicken I would expect... More
