I must have been in on an 'off' night for the place. Food was just okay, service was poor, lighting was so bad that the 4 of us at the table all had our phones out with lights on to read the menu. Had to...More
Spouse and I flew to Oakland/San Francisco for a 36 hour visit to celebrate a special occasion with a friend after many years of not seeing him, and meet his wife for the first time. They highly recommended Flora, and it was the perfect antidote...More
We ate dinner here with friends and were pleased with everything. We were glad we had reservations as the place filled up while we ate. We split some excellent small plates as starters. I tried the rabbit cassoulet, a clever modification of a classic French...More

A group of 6 ate dinner here last night. I called and told the restaurant we were celebrating a birthday and they had personalized 'Happy Birthday' signs on the table when we got there and also gave the BD boy a complementary dessert. Nice touch....More
Went with locals and was very impressed. Very retro cool place, a little noisy, but still fun. Great cocktails and excellent heirloom salad and pork shoulder - other entrees look just as good.
