Perfect post Yosemite lunch

Great food and service, a bit pricey ($10-20s for meals that come with a side and drink) but the portions were huge enough to warrant leftovers. Had the fish and chips (you get to choose between catfish or cod), Memphis pulled pork, and shrimp po'boy. Each table had peanuts to munch on while you... read more

The food here is pretty good. We stopped by after visiting Bass Lake and Yosemite. We had the the chicken strips, ribs, brisket, and tri-tip. The tri-tip was the best - very tender with great flavor. Their regular fries are yummy. Prices are a little steep for what you get. Overall it's average.

Great locale, good BBQ, and friendly service. We ate outside on the patio because we had our two pits w us and they brought out fresh water and bones for them. Super chill spot! Good chili, too.

Ok I'm not sure what kind of human can finish all the ribs they give you, but there's a lot! And it's delicious! Definitely worth it, huge portions, and some of the best ribs I've ever tasted.

We ate both nights we were in Oakhurst. So good first night, went back the following evening. Between us we had Ribs, wings Brisket and Fish & Chips. All excellent. They do take out too , which seemed very popular. Alices' is nothing fancy, you go there for the food. Had two great meals there with a beer, of which... More

We ate at Alice's after completing the inaugural Yosemite half marathon so we were HUNGRY! Very quaint, little place. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. We ate inside but they also have a small patio out front. I ordered the fish and chips and it came with cole slaw. The cole slaw was... More

During my stay in Oakhurst, I ventured out looking for a place to have dinner. I wanted it to go so I could eat in my room at Yosemite Southgate, which is right across the street. I have never EVER had such delicious BBQ! Not even when I lived in Texas did I have BBQ like I did at Alice's... More

We were staying at the motel across the street and we decided to have some bbq at Alice's. Small place, you order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. We both had the brisket and it was very good: it almost melted in the mouth. Service was lightning fast. And they have Pibbs on tap. About... More
