With the water almost hitting your feet as you dine, and a terrific sun on the horizon the dining experience could not be better. We went for breakfast, had the salmon Benedict eggs. Incredible flavor. The salmon was generous and very flavorful. Not your regular salmon. These were thicker slices. The sauce was unique and great. Mimosas are available as... More

Funky place right on the beach. Food is great, service is usually quick and always friendly. Best coconut pancakes on the planet! Full bar available. Vegan menu options available. Make reservations via Open Table to avoid the wait or put your name on the wait list and go for a stroll on the beach. Parking is at the Los Trancos... More

This was a great experience for lunch. We went down to Crystal Cove and walked the beach, stopped at the restaurant and checked in and they said to come back at 11 for the wait list for lunch. We walked some more and came back and it worked out great. I think this place is always busy and you should... More

Let me first start off with the necessary information that is required on a first visit. There is only handicapped parking next to the restaurant, so you will need to park across the street in the Crystal Cove State beach parking lot. No big deal the restaurant validates up to three hours, but make sure to take your ticket with... More

The location is amazing and if the weather were better would have been a better experience. Food was ok for an on the beach location but a bit pricey. Salmon stuffed with crabmeat did not have a lot of crab but the tuna dish was better. The mac and cheese with mushrooms was quite tasty though. Had to move to... More

Fabulous beach setting and great food. Set in the historic Crystal Cove directly on the beach. It does take a limited number of reservations.

Located right on the beach. This is so much better than stuff places or restaurants in shopping malls. Due to how the building is situated not many tables have ocean view but all have a nice beach atmosphere. Nice for a date, family, family. Park at the State Beach above highway ($15/day but with meal validated. There is a shuttle... More

This is a great find. We were in the area with family for a Disneyland vacation and took a drive down the coast. Found this gem of a place for lunch. Waited 30 minutes, but it was a nice day and we were sitting on the beach, so no problem! You have to walk in or park in the lot... More

Nothing starts a day like a latte on the sand at the Beachcomber Cafe in Crystal Cove, CA. If the food doesn't make your heart smile, the excellent staff will. ❤️X❤️O❤️

Located directly on Crystal Cove State Beach, this local Newport restaurant serves up mediocre fare at a high price. Service is underrated. Empty glasses of water go unnoticed for long periods of time (I finally got up and got myself more water) and meals don't always come out at the same time. (One hungry member of our party watched as... More
