Great food. Such a cute cafe. Good range on the menu too, something for everyone! I had the cheeseburger and the fries are great! I liked sitting in front so we could watch people pass by!

This is a quaint place to eat and it is featured in The Christmas Card movie. I had the Christmas Card Club. The food is delicious and portions are large.

We ate here for breakfast. I had Calif benedict (no meat) which is my usual that I look for wherever I eat breakfast. Service was fast and friendly. While there a transient stiffed the waitress for his bill! (Yes i tracked him down on the street and gave him a good talking to!) Apparently this happens often but as the... More

Been sitting here for over 40 minutes, late-morning, Friday. Maybe my food will come shortly. Free Wi-Fi. Going to stay with 3 stars, assuming my heovos rancheros will be good when it comes.

Very nice and attentive staff. Seems to appeal to locals and visitors alike. Nice counter seating as well as table seating. My husband and a friend both ordered breakfast here while I had coffee ( which was very good!) My husband had a veggie scramble with home fries...he said he enjoyed both. Our friend had eggs over easy, with hash... More

In fairness to the waitress, she warned us that the wait for our food would be long but this is crazy. This is the most inefficient kitchen that I have ever seen. The waitresses have time to chat with their friends and stand around but they can't remember to bring your silverware, toast, syrup for pancakes or even keep the... More

Staff super nice. We're closing and still let us in for lunch. Tried the garden burger and BLT. Both excellent and best French Fries! Comfortable seating. Breakfast and lunch only.

This is the breakfast place of choice for dear friends who live in the area. The downtown area of Nevada City where Nevada City Classic Cafe is located is charming. I love the feel of the restaurant with the fun mural and the counter seating available along with tables. I loved the crepes here, amazing and done right. I had... More

This café was set up more like a classic diner with stools at the bar. We went there twice, once for lunch and another time for breakfast. There were very few people in the place for lunch, however, it was good. My daughter and I wanted to split a Club Sandwich and they put them on separate plates for us.... More

Our son found this Cafe. We truly enjoyed it. The four of us would like to return some day. The hostess was very welcoming and the food was of good quality. The only suggestion I would make was to put the French dip on a hard poll. Salads were good as were the sandwiches. Don't hesitate to visit.
