For starters Conchings changed it's name to Erlindas, but no worries it still has the same staff the same food and the same great halo halo (Filipino desert). The food is ready made Filipino food and you point to what you want. It could use a little less grease but for the most part still tasty. If you don't mind... More

Have you been to Conching's lately? This place has a 90% turnaround. Under a new management. The ambiance is very relaxing and clean. Custumer service is excellent everyone is very friendly. The Halo-Halo is a "must" so delicious with more ingredience top with big a slice of leche plan and nice scoop of fruity magnolia ice cream. The combination plate... More

After reading positive reviews online, I was excited to come here and have some Kare-kare. I was very disappointed. The Kare kare was watery and made with pata, instead of Ox tail and tripe. This is an outstanding Filipino restaurant. With that said, I've only been to a couple, but during my Navy years, I was exposed to Filipino cuisine all the time. The pork adobo was quite good, as well as the lumpia. There are some excellent rice noodles (which this writer does not remember the name to). Overall, the food was excellent.... More

Wow -- can't believe I haven't reviewed Conching's. I guess when you go somewhere all the time, you merely take it for granted. Nothing beats dining in the native country, but Conching's comes close. I've never dined in -- always take the food home. So I can only comment on the food. There are the staples: pancit, adobo, fried isyda... More

My wife and I have been dining here everytime we visit S.D. Luvvitt! Recommend visiting earlier in the day because of fresher food however the overall taste is delicious and the next best comparison to eating in PI. You know it's good when your Lola says it's 'masarap.' My only recommendation is for the staff to maintain a closer look... More
