The food tastes yummy and fresh. Customer service is nice, efficient, and reliable. Online ordering with contactless payment is available. Pick-up service looks clean and ventilated.

The food was very good, the portions were large for a lunch special, no up charge for chow mein. Overall very good. I would recommend for lunch

First thing, front of house was professional and attentive just to the right degree. The plates were typically cooked and very tasty. They were quick to serve, which indicates prepared food sitting in a warmer. Nevertheless, it was good. I don't know if this is the best Chinese restaurant in town, but we like to go when we are in town.

When you go to a restaurant and the street sign is not lit and there is a sign on the door stating that they need kitchen and wait staff help-don't eat there. We are so very disappointed in our experience. My entree was served about 10 minutes after my husband received his. He ordered Mu Shoo Pork and the pancakes were so thin that they did not serve as wraps for his food. The pork was under cooked and the vegetables were unappealing. My green beans were tough and over cooked. We are big fans of Asian cuisine, but this is not the place to enjoy it.

Perhaps my choices were not the best, but...
While egg rolls are not on the regular menu, they are on another menu. Imagine my surprise when I specifically ordered 2 egg rolls and received 2 orders of spring rolls. OK, mistakes happen, but the spring rolls were bland and after 2 bites, ended up in the garbage. Singapore Noodles, my experience is that they usually run a little spicy, were so salty, especially the beef, that I tossed that in the garbage next. I found it interesting that the noodles of the chicken noodle soup were packed separately but what a great idea. In fact, the soup was the best part of my takeout. Bland but at least it wasn't salty and lots of great veggies. In fact, the soup raised my review up one. Had I known that just a packet of soy sauce would be included in my take out, I would have asked for hot mustand and/or hot sauce.
Just had Tai-Pei pot stickers and chow mein for the first time, available at a local supermarket in the freezer section, that was so much better.

Had the Honey Walnut Prawns and the Combination fried rice, which were very good. This was my second time there in recent months and they have never been very busy.

My wife and I loved the food. The portions were large and tasted great. Our server, “Paul”, was Chinese, very friendly and a joy to converse with. Athough the prices seemed slightly high, we’ll be back. Because of the large portions, next time we’ll order less food.

The food was good. The service was terrible. After setting for ten minutes I had to ask to have someone take our order. After that it took for ever. I would not recommend going here for the terrible service. And overpriced for what you received in the meal.

I went here when it opened under new ownership and did not think the food was not tasty or sufficient. I attributed it to "adjustment period". Therefore, I decided to try again months later and there was little improvement. The flavors and portion sizes were okay, price range a little on the high side. Moreover, the service was non- existent in a restaurant that only had five occupy tables at any given time. The restaurant's interior is updated and good lighting.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Napa. I go there two or three times a week for lunch or takeout. This place recently changed hands and the quality of the food is excellent. I like all the dishes that I try. Lot's of space for large groups.

It was a cold rainy day and I decided to go have sizzling rice soup and hot tea at a new Chinese restaurant. I was met by friendly waitress who took me to my table. The menu is reasonably extensive but not as extensive as a lot of Chinese restaurant. I found this somewhat relieving because usually the menu is a compendium of many many different recipes and it's hard to decide what to pick.
But I knew what I wanted and it was brought to the table with the wonderful Boutique of sizzling rice and in its broth. The vegetables were very fresh and still a little crisp which I found wonderful. The shrimp and the chicken were done perfectly not overcooked and certainly not undercooked.
I have you looked over the menu I know what I want to order the next time I go back and I will report on this restaurant again.

We have, in my view, limited options for Chinese meals in Napa. Dragon Valley was new to us. We thought the vegetarian mushu was excellent especially since the vegetables were very fresh and crisper than most mushu dishes. The eggplant was also very good. The servings were amble--we had leftovers the next night for dinner. Our third order was fried calmari which was pretty plain; we ordered it with the jalapeno. Requested different sauces which improved the flavor considerably--chinese mustard, potsticker sauce, and egg roll sauce. A typical Chinese waiter--we found him brusque and limited in English explanation.
