After our sad little breakfast at a nearby B&B, we were hungry for lunch. This looked like a place where you could get an actual meal so we gave it a try and for lunch ordered another breakfast. A real breakfast—wonderful food and plenty of it. Warm welcoming service and one of our best dining experiences ever. If you are... More

Love this little place. It went there for dinner but I hear their breakfast is great too. The chef sat with us and chatted; We had so much food we had to take some home; the champagne oysters were out of this world. Their specials are creative and tasty. Nice quiet restaurant with few seats but very personable and good... More

If you like fresh grilled fish with your breakfast eggs, this is the place you want to go. We've stopped here over the years going to and from Pebble Beach/Crosby golf tournaments. And the place never disappoints. Fast service, friendly folks, more locals than tourists. Food to die for. Tiny cafe, but it holds an extensive, creative menu. Moss Landing... More

Right off Hwy 1, near Castroville, the Artichoke Capital of the World, sits this quaint and homely cafe with surprising good coffee and a great menu. We stopped by for breakfast and were treated to choices of ingredients that seemed to come right out of the back yard which also happens to included Monterey Bay. Nice find. Thanks TripAdvisor!

We occasionally call in for breakfast when we are going to Monterey or Carmel. It is a locals breakfast place and the food is very good. We have been coming here for probably 25 years and never complained. It is nothing fancy as well as having good service, It is also very close to a quiet beach: Salinas River Beach

As a local Moss Lander, I've had many chances to take my guests to the Cafe. It's always good and the walls have plenty of photos documenting the history of ML.....It's fun!

This is were the locals eat. We stopped for brunch on our way home. LOVED the deep fried artichokes! Omlets were large and filled with meat and veggies. Server was great....very friendly, effecient, and welcoming. I would definatley be back. My only regret is that we did not eat here earlier in our trip so we could have eaten here... More

Happened upon this small cafe after a morning on Monterey Hydro Bikes which is close by. The cafe is small and clearly loved by regulars and locals. Friendly service and great food is their everyday fare. We had the Castroville Omelet, which featured Italian Sausage, artichokes and cheese. Served with your choice of toast and hash browns which incidentally were... More

We visited this cafe before heading out to kayak in Elkhorn Slough. The food was good, fairly priced and the service was prompt.

If you want fresh fish, this is the place for you. We go to breakfast here quite often..bring friends from out of town and it's always a hit. It's very casual and small ..great for after a morning beach stroll. Don't miss the roasted red pepper hollandaise/eggs Benedict.
