This is our "Go To" place for lunch or breakfast. Food is excellent, well prepared, and affordable. There is always an excellent sweet treat that suits.

Don't be fooled by the nondescript red sign that simply says “Bakery", step inside and feast your eyes on the large assortment of baked French pastries, breads, and quiches. You can enjoy a breakfast or lunch at this favorite of my family and friends. We rarely go to Morro Bay without stopping to bring home treats.

A wonderful hidden gem of a bakery. We loved the walnut cinnamon rolls, the sandwiches and the soup was good.

We love finding good French bakeries when we travel. Most of them disappoint but not Le Parisienne. We sat outside with our dog and had a chocolate croissant and an almond croissant. Both were very good. Later in the day we decided to go back and get some items to go for dinner in our hotel room. My husband has... More

We've stopped here several times while staying in Morro Bay. I love the quiche and cinnamon buns and my husband is obsessed with the Napoleons. He say's it's the closest thing to the pastries he had in Europe. Get there early - this place always has lines (sometime out the door) and there is very limited seating inside and out.

The sandwiches, salads, pastries and soup are all very good! The ambiance isn't that great, but the food makes up for it. The pastries are delicious, coffee and tea served too. The broccoli and french onion soup with fresh cheese and croutons is some of the best! Cashew chicken salad is also a winner. Sabrina the server is great!

I love the pastries, coffee here and the breakfast sandwiches. This was our go to spot for a quick treat but they have just started to put up a sign that prohibits dogs at the outdoor tables. Morro Bay is usually dog friendly on outdoor patios at restaurants so we were disappointed to see this change.

I love the view of Morro rock from this place. The staff are super friendly. You stand in line to order your sandwhich and check out the beautiful pastries. Careful the ginger cookie look like sugar cookies. I get the hot pastrami and ask them to add lettuce, tomato. and onion. The staff is so nice, the place is very... More

My husband had their sticky buns, palmiers, apple galette & berry tart and was disappointed in everything but the berry tart. I tasted the galette but it seemed to have an odd taste and didn't compare to the apple galette from Parker Lusseau Pastry Cafe in Monterey. The blueberry & strawberry tart was very tasty and we would buy it... More

I visited La Parisienne on a sunny morning and stayed in a long line to be served, usually a sign of high popularity. I was not disappointed: the croissants and pastries I tried were of excellent quality. The atmosphere is that of a small bakery, no grand decor, modest furniture, a bit cramped, but overall pleasant. If you do not... More
