Great roast beef/ french dip sandwiches. Made fresh every day. Great view of the bay. Well priced. Nice assortment of beers on tap.

They advertise a 'World Famous" beef dip sandwich. It's pretty darn good I gotta say. Tender with a good portion of fresh carved meat. I'd recommend stick with the beef, but the German fare looked pretty Good too...

Amid restaurants that come and go, just as quickly sometimes, the Hofbrau has been dispensing great fish and chips (I am British and know a good F&C when I taste one) for many years. I liked their previous location better (more atmosphere, practically in the ocean) but this is not too shabby. Morro Rock, the hulking icon of Morro Bay,... More

In a small beach town catering to tourism, it is inevitable that the majority of restaurants specialize in fish and seafood, from upscale to humble fish-and-chips. In fact, on any given weekend, the whole place smells like a fish fry. Although, I am an omnivore, with pescatarian leanings, some days you've just got to escape from the odor of fishy... More

Not a huge menu but they have quality food. The best beer batter fish on the coast. The roast beef is a yummy too. I also love the salad, the lettuce is clean and crisp. Enjoy.

The menu doesn't offer much selection, the beef was extremely rare and the choices to go with the meal are not very many. Green salad is mostly basic and the restaurant itself didn't seem very clean. I left most of my food on my plate and I won't be returning to this restaurant. I wouldn't refer anyone to eat here.

Don't be misled by all the talk of fresh carved roast beef. They also have one of the better fish and chips we had on the waterfront.

Simple place with view over the harbour. Too cold to sit out - no-one told us about the fog in Morro Bay! Order at counter and quick service. My fish batter was crispy and delicious. Fish was fresh and flakey. Good fries and side salad. Partner had Reuben sandwich that he enjoyed too.

Carved roast beef is amazing, very generous portions. Sit on the deck if there is space. Simply köstlich!

Cool little place to eat at the docks in Morro. Lunch for 8 cost me $100, which I thought was very reasonable! Seafood was great, as well as their signature roast beef sandwich! Wtached the sea lions cruise around the harbor! And it is also a great view of Whale Rock at Morro.

Thank Jason M
