I was there this morning September 29, 2024. I ordered a #9 and a coffee latte “hazelnut” flavored. I took my order and I grabbed my coffee the way anyone would (from the middle) once I got to my car I tried to put my coffee on the cup holder so I grabbed my coffee from the top, I barely touched it when the lid pop open spilling all my coffee on my cup holder, sit and clothes. I went back into bagel time and explained what happened and I asked if they could put it in another cup for me please. I want rude, I was polite even tho I was upset. Right way she answered I cannot do that! I was shocked by her answer. So I asked again still holding my self “why not? All I want is for you to put whatever is left in another cup because this one is all messed up from outside. Again she said” I cannot do it! Do it yourself! So one more time I told her look it opened because you didn’t closed it tight enough. And she said you have to closed your coffee yourself we don’t closed the coffees. I was like you do t closed the coffees? She literally was blanking me for what happened. So I said again all I need is another cup and she said serve yourself as she pointed at coffee cups that I did not see them before. I was very upset so I changed the cup myself and walked away because I did not want to be late for work. But I called Bagel time on the phone and asked to talk to a manager the person who answered said we are all managers here and I saw what happened and I have three eyes witnesses and I closed the coffee myself and it was fine. I was really bad by now. In the ok sat me and my coworkers had ordered food from here and all the time they messed up our orders and we never complained but this time they went too far. I wish a real manager or owner contact me so I can tell them how their employees acted so rudely and they need customer er service classes! At Starbucks this would of never happened, they would of apologized and give me a new coffee for sure!! But I’m not buying anything from this place ever again and I will make sure my coworkers at USPS won’t either! This cheap place!

I just pick up my order a cafe latte and a number9. I went to my car and when I put my coffee on the cup holder my coffee opened of course it wasn’t closed tight by the person Que prepared it. There was coffee on my clothes on my car and I was on my way to work. I went back to the shop and told the lady what happened and she was very rude and said there was nothing she could do and I asked her to please put it in another cup at least because wit was all messy from outside and she said she cannot do it. I asked again politely and she said help your self. I didn’t even k is the cups were on the counter. But besides the least she could do was to put the rest of the coffee which it was less than half of the cup put it in a cup!! I didn’t wanted to make a scene so I put my self and she said it opened because you didnt closed it right, Seriously!! Which coffee company gives you the coffee and you have to closed it your self?!!
I called the company because I was running late for work and I asked to talked to a manager and the person who answer said they were all managers and that she saw what happened and that she closed the coffee herself. Not even an apology from them. For sure never buying on this place again and of course letting all my co workers from the USPS that shop there not to do it anymore. Other times that I had bought stuff there they always messed up my order and never complaint but this time I am complaining. This people need to be trained on customer service!! They rather lose a customer or more than give you a good service!!

good food good service good place plus the owner is also nice. I highly recommend this place for breakfast time
