Marie Callender's in Monterey Park has been in the area for a longest time even though the area is slowly taken over by most of the Chinese restaurants. When we go to Marie Callender's, we will only order Chicken Pot Pie. It is delicious and wholesome with lots of white meat chicken and vegetables in the pie. Chicken Pot Pie... More

This Marie calendar is more like Maria callendars. Has more Hispanic flavor in taste than Americans. It's definitely different than other Marie callendars in other parts of la county. Service is good but somehow is just not the same. Go there and try it yourself.

I had to go to Marie Callender's because the person I was with hates Chinese food. Sadness filled my heart as we drove past great Chinese place after another, and another and another and into the parking lot of Marie Callender's, which I like to think of as the frozen food aisle of any market. If you want boring, bland,... More

It's a nice atmosphere to have family gatherings. Of course pies are their specialty. Their promotion on dinner & a piece of pie used to be the first choice for the elders. The salad bar is not that great, does not carry fresh varieties. Soup is moderate. Service is fine, not very special.

There are many choices to choose from to eat from fancy to casual. Marie Callender's is one of our favorites so we were glad to have one so close by.

I came here on Sunday with a long line for pies. It was worth the wait. Pies are always amazing. Of course I got 3pies:) My family loves the pies

We decided to return to a different Marie Callender's for the last night of our holiday in California. We had already been to the one in Arcadia, and the next closest one to our hotel in Pasadena was Monterey Park. The restaurant is large and nicely maintained. The salad bar looked very well stocked, fresh and clean. After about a... More

I've been going here on and off for 3 decades. It's always the same, good prices, good food. And great pies. There not many American restaurants in this area and this is reliable choice. The bar area has a local crowd of sports fans.

I really like their corn bread and their pie. I really also enjoy their AYCE salad bar. It tastes decent for the price that you pay. I would definitely come back here to eat.

Food was good, but overpriced. Had meatloaf dinner an it was $16. Service was outstanding. Our server, I think her name was Yvonne, was terrific. Even though she had several tables, she was always there to refill our drinks, see if there was anything else we needed, anything else she could do. Exceptional service.
