I have eaten Peking Duck all over the world, and this is one of the best. All fat was removed from skin and meat - not an easy task. Restaurant could give more skins for wrapping. Duck soup was tasty with a substantial amount of tofu and vegetables in it.

The duck was not that tasty, like it was carved a while ago, and then serve according to the number of your party. Nothing great about this place and very pricey. Typical Asian server, heads down never looks around who needs what. Maybe our party was not dress correctly for this place. Would not come back again.

that is high end restaurant. Great food, real Chinese food, and Peking Duck. At weekend, you have to wait in the line.

If you come here to eat, order their special item, Peiking duck. We passed by this restaurant at noon , decided to try out this one for lunch. It is small inside, and it was 80% full. Most of the table ordered Peking duck (50% off). Duck is not our favorite so we ordering other entrees from the menu wt... More

Duck is cold. Like the flour wraps. Duck skins not crunchy. Jelly fish dish is a must try. Dumplings and fried rice are very good. Go week day the duck is cheaper. Little pricey than others but not too bad.

I'v been eating here for several years and have never been disappointed in their traditional roasted Peking Duck. With the perfectly crispy skin and delicious meat separated and served with pancakes, scallions, and cucumbers and Peking sauce, this dish is a hit every single time. And, you know it's fresh as they require you to order at least 1 hour... More

We came to this famous Duck House(鹿鼎記) for a small–scaled reunion dinner. We ordered two $328 set meals (each has 10 dishes) for 18 of us for dinner. The restaurant accommodated a large separate room for us. These are the main dishes we had: Appetizer Combo Platter (四喜拼盤); Peking Duck (北京烤鴨); Taiwanese style BBQ Eel on Sticky Rice (鰻魚米糕, $29);... Make sure to pre-order your duck. This sounds ridiculous to me, especially since it is called Duck House but whatever. We got the traditional style - thin pancakes, sliced duck, hoisin sauce, scallions and cucumber slivers. We got about 7 pancakes and when we asked for more the waiter gave us a hard time. Apparently the order comes with an... More

My wife and I came with another couple and we had a very enjoyable experience. We came on Saturday night during the Valentine's weekend so if you didn't make reservations you were turned away. Don't know if that's what usually happens on Saturday night but I would recommend making reservations for a Friday or Saturday night. In addition you have... More

Spur of the moment, 8 of us getting together for a San Gabriel Valley food and wine evening on January 2nd to welcome in 2016. Our friend got us into The Duck House, and 45 minutes later we assembled. Duck House is a traditional Chinese Restaurant with a lot of creation and modern touch in it. Quality and presentation are our main focus. We started our business in 2003. Our Traditional Peking Duck is our Signature dish. Besides, we have different kind of creative dishes such as Konnyaku Salad, Filo Dough Jumbo Shrimp, BBQ Eel on Sticky rice, and Buddha Chicken, etc. We also do catering for Wedding, Birthday parties and Meeting too. Hope that we can show you a new adventure of Chinese Foods.
