Great views but pretty average food. Their clam chowder was okay, but kinda bland. Their top shelf margarita was blow average, but their grilled salmon BLT was actually good and saved this review from being a total bust. Definitely a tourist restaurant and I doubt...locals dine here.More

Dined here one evening on our Monterey bay vacation and weren’t disappointed. There are so many restaurants to choose from but this one was great because of covid restrictions and not being allowed to dine indoors this restaurant was perfect since they are located upstairs...with a wrap around porch that sits just over the water. So the sunset view that evening was amazing. The food was delicious we had salads and garlic bread along with pasta pomodoro. I will definitely be backMore

Great views, food was blah. We went during a busy Sunday lunch. After being told we wouldn’t wait 20 minutes. We were seated 45 minutes later and ordering food almost an HOUR later! Great views from the outdoor tables. But if we had better options...I would have. We have a horrible appetizer, and very mundane restaurant food. When an item served with crostini came unexpectedly and inexplicable with bleu cheese melted on it, we asked for other bread, and were forced to pay for an extra order of garlic bread as our best option. Service was fine. I wish these touristy places could still offer a decent meal, with a reasonable expectation of wait times. Bland poorly made carbs, with a long wait and a good view.More

We got a cheese pizza and didn't think it was that special. Lots of cheese. Service was great. The theme and decor was pretty cheesy in a different way lol.

There are many fish oriented restaurants along Monterey Bay. Fish and chips is featured at almost all of them but the posted menus showed that many local eateries offered frozen fish or they were greatly overpriced. Louie Linguini's is known for it's fine Italian food...but their fish and chips offered fresh local fish at a very reasonable price. I've had fish and chips in Great Britain ( Dover and London) , San Pedro, Imperial Beach, San Diego and Long Beach. Louie Linguini served the freshest and best tasting fish and chips I've ever eaten in my life. Hands down, in my humble opinion, it was the best. They could have charged twice the price and it would still be a good value.More

Daughter and I stopped here so near to all the shops on Cannery Row. Turned out to be a wonderful choice. Excellent service, varied menu, beautiful view of the Bay. And, most important, delicious food. Daughter had Salmon BLT with fries, and I had Mediterranean...salad served with sourdough bread, of course. We were very happy with our choices and certainly would come here again when we come back to the area.More

Basically chose this restaurant for price point and chicken Parmesan. We weren’t disappointed. Service, food and ambiance were great. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that we felt a little rushed to vacate our table at the end of the...meal. It is right on the water which I didn’t realize...another bonus!More

We needed some lunch and this fitted the bill nicely. Pizza and a wine overlooking the water. Great spot.

Nice restaurant located on cannery row. Great menu options and reasonably priced for area. The service was a little lacking but the food more than made up for it.

Lots of restaurants in Monterey boast the best clam chowder, but Louie's has it! A bowl was plenty for a lunch entree. Served with great bread. Also had dinner here one night. The menu selection was good and the food was excellent. Great atmosphere and...very good service.More

You can meter park along the street for $3 an hour, limit 2 hours, using coins or card. We had our car parked at our hotel and walked the fun Cannery Row to Louie Linguini's.
