Price is reasonable and quality is high, so almost lunch/dinner times are busy. Resavation is better.

Met up with friends for dim sum. Just like being in Hong Kong. Food was great and the atmosphere authentic. The crab with goose egg coating was excellent though rich. Ho fun noodles were excellent - not too greasy. Also the ha gaw and Sui Mai were fantastic. Would definitely go back. Paw Paw's favourite

Excellent dimsum, esp durian puffs, fried tofu skin with prawns, fried turnip cake, shrimp rice noodle rolls & bbq pork rice noodle rolls. Will definitely come back again.

They used to be one of the top rated Chinese restaurant in the Bay Areas but the food and service quality had gone downhill over the years. That being said, it is still one of my favorite restaurants especially for Chinese "dim sum". My favorite dishes are: golden crispy rice noodle roll, wasabi pork stomach, Japanese style giant clams, durion... More

I continue to dine here for the dim sum only. I do not know if the unfriendly and inattentive service is a cultural thing but they are consistently rude. They are always busy as dim sum is served at a certain time of the day. As a result, you are treated like cattle. You are put on a waiting list... More

My husband and I nitially invited our niece to meet with us in Millbrae for dinner at a Chinese cafe/bistro during our visit to California (somewhere between San Francisco where she lived and Los Altos where we were staying). Unfortunately, the cafe/bistro was closed on Mondays and we called my dear aunt who lived nearby for recommendation and she recommended... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by the hotel clerk and the airport shuttle driver. The food was tasty and the serving size was ample.

The restaurant adds additional tables to accommodate more people. Quality of food suffered in addition to the uncomfortable sitting arrangement. Will avoid in the future.

Everything we had was hot and freshly made. The dim sum was very good, hot, large pieces, good quality and fresh. If you noticed lunch and dinner it's pretty much all foreign born Chinese eating there, which means it must be good... A definite place great for lunch and dinner.

A sister of coworker who lives here recommended this as a must stop place to dine when in the area. Supposedly less pretentious and the dim sums were just as good as Koi Palace. The Kitchen Restaurant had three plaques on display showing their Michelin Star awards in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Arrived right when the restaurant opened on a... More
