Large portions. Their signature dish General Tao's chicken did not disappoint. All the staff was friendly, especially our server Ally !! Definitely worth a visit.

We wanted a quick bite since we had early flights the next day. The food was quick & good. The server was just so sweet too.We had the general Tso and salt & Pepper shrimp. They were both huge portions and great tasting. Parking can be a bit of a bear.

We have been going to this restaurant for over 25 years and this the first time that our order for take out was HORRIBLE. My wife's order was messed up. She ordered mangolian beef and instead was given almond chicken. Unacceptable!! Also my order of prawns and green beans tasted old. The prawns were not fresh because they tasted like... More

Went with good friend. Started with pot stickers. I had Mongolian beef and it was delicious. Just the right amount of spice. The hot tea was good too. Large portions.

There are a lot of Chinese Restaurant options in Millbrae but Lai Lai has stood the test of time.... it's been here for many many years and the locals still choose it as their spot.... Vintage menu options and great service

I usually have a no.1 combo which starts with the soup of the day, and then rice, sweet and sour pork and chow mein. Tea is included and all for $7.50

My mother in law loves the chow main here. We called for a take out of rice chow main broccoli beef and my favorite prawns with green beans. We have been coming here for over 20 years and the food has always been great. Jimmy is the owner and should be proud of his staff and establishment.

Was in Millbrae, so excited to have good Chinese Food, but instead used Yelp to find this place. Very Americanized. For example, you get forks instead of chopsticks. Clientele not Asian, but Caucasian and most older/seniors. Nicer than usual service and good english though. Ate and promptly left, not my type of place.
