We were staying at a nearby hotel and this restaurant was an easy walk. There were only a few tables with other diners in the restaurant so it is baffling why service was so poor. There was a long wait for drink orders and food delivery and when the food arrived, one of the four meals ordered was wrong. The... More

I was informed this was a terrific restaurant, sadly it failed to get close to any adjective beyond adequate. The food was pretty bland, while the portions were enormous, the wine list felt too skimpy. Our waiter was inexperienced. It was certainly busy enough, I suppose in downtown Millbrae there isn't a lot of competition.

Have eaten here many times. Always good; probably my wife's favorite restaurant. Basic Italian food. Relatively small restaurant so advise reservations or arriving a bit earlier than you want to eat though tables turn relatively quickly so waits are usually limited to 10 to 15 minutes. Good service. Friendly people

La Collina was very sweet little Italian restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the place is warm and welcoming. There is no bar but they do serve mixed drinks and the food is good and the prices reasonable. We will definitely return.

Hoping for a decent Italian meal while on business, I passed by this restaurant and took a chance. Reviews posted in the window seemed positive. Seats were comfortable and on a Tuesday evening there were a few people inside. Ordered a vodka, which is unusual for me, and an ensalata caprese. The tomatoes were from a box and the mozzarella... Decided on this place from other good reviews on Trip Advisor and I'm glad we did! At first there was a 10 minute wait (on a Friday night at 7), but I don't think we even had to wait that long. There isn't really a bar to sit at when waiting. Bread and waters were brought to the table right... More

Ate dinner here just on a whim. Good was authentic, fresh and the service was great. A nice find. The veal parmigiana was tender and expertly cooked. Great desserts too,

Had dinner there tonight was good nice atmosphere small restaurant. Entrée was pretty good we had ice cream for dessert it was very icy not that great. House Chianti was adequate. I would try it again and it was reasonably priced.
