This place has so many choices that it is so hard to choose from! Breakfast has a great menu, lunch is awesome! But dinner has a class all to itself! Great place to go get a full belly! I would recommend this to all my friends.

We arrived mid morning and were immediately seated. The waitress was VERY helpful finding the right combination for my teens. We had bacon and eggs, pancakes, bacon...one of almost everything. It arrived quickly and was great. Decent portions an da good price.

We've eaten at a Black Bear Diner before so figured it was a safe bet. The service was good. The food was very good. They serve way more than you can eat. I would definitely recommend going there.

The mashed potato is disgusting. I had the meatloaf which is good. The potato reminds me of instant mashed potato. It made me sick I kept having heartburn. My stomach hurt for 3 hours. I took medicine. :\

Went there last night. Too hot to cook! An extensive menu to choose from. Travelers it is right off Hwy 99 @ V str. and a nice place to take the family. Grand kids like the chocolate chip pancakes! Pies!

Black Bears for me are always a good bet for breakfast. Very consistent between the different restaurant locations I have tried. Large portions of comfort food in a decent atmosphere. Wait staff was attentive and the food was good.

From Los Angeles to Sacramento...on Hwy 99... this was a great place to stop and "fuel up"... the décor puts you in a Happy Mood... kind-a like being at Knott's Berry Farm Bear Jamboree... The kids... of all ages will love it. They have a great table for wheel chair seating... and extend the courtesy of seating you first... even... More

This place has great hospitality. The food is priced decently for the amount you get. The food is prepared well and is comforting. I took a group of 26 there for breakfast after calling ahead, even though they don't take reservations they handled our group with ease. Our waitresses and waiters did a great job making sure we all had... More

On a packed Sunday morning we had breakfast at this hopping spot. There was quite a line but it moved quickly. (You can entertain yourself by browsing the bear themed items in the gift area and dreaming about the bear claw pastries in the case.) As we walked to our table we eyed other diner's plates. The portions are enormous,... More

We were unfamiliar with the area, just staying here for Yosemite. We looked around for quite a while in the area and after driving all day just decided to settle on something. Well, we were happy to settle on this diner. Come to find out it is a chain, but there aren't any near our home. This diner is very... More
