We ate here one evening and it was very family friendly. Great service from the hostess to the waiter who took care of us. Portions were generous and the food was good. Kids enjoyed the desserts and we had great coffee.

Located downtown Menlo Park, I like stopping in here when heading out or coming into town for breakfast. The service is prompt and friendly; the place is busy but not too busy. Family friendly but also good for quick meetings. The food is made to order, I often order off the menu with no issue. My only suggestion would be... More

I went in for a quick breakfast, knowing in advance from TripAdvisor that their portions tend to be huge. Therefore I ordered one of the three "healthy" options, an EggBeater veggie omelette with tomato slices and a bagel. The odd aspect of the veggie omelette was that most of the "veggie" was celery and none of the vegetables were cooked.... More

The menu has the customary, omelettes, pancakes, waffles, different scrambles and all the sides. The lunch menus is also typical. There are no out of the ordinary innovations; consistent. Will go eat at Stacks if convenient.

Would be 5 stars, if you didn't need to get a token for the bathroom, and since it's shared by other businesses, in the area, a nasty one. Otherwise, we were seated quickly, in the upper area, which was cool, great for looking over, the whole restaurant, and people watching. A nice young lady, took my beer order. She was... More

You might run into Mark Zukerberg chowing down here. If not there will be VC's and good local celeb sitings. Food is good and consistent.

Breakfast with my daughter while visiting Stanford. Fairly typical menu. My pancakes were dry and crumbly. Service was slow. Her omelet was good, large...but unexceptional. Bacon was overlooked and pedestrian. Overall, not really worth the calories and definitely not worth the cost.

This average breakfast spot always has lines out the door. I Don't get it. Breakfasts are average, and not worth waiting a long time for. Lots of kids/families. Chairs/table too close together.

Stacks MP (which is owned by a different owner than the Stacks RWC*) is a well-run place with great food. Plan to wait 45mins on weekends and for a noisy dining room, but it's all part of the experience. Free coffee out front while you wait and chat with passer-bys. *RWC Stacks is same performance - great...
