Everyone at Nicks Cove restaurant today was so gracious and efficient. It felt like the staff was all on the same team. Started with garlic fries which were so crunchy good! New item on the menu was a delicious pork sandwich with fresh green salad. Cheeseburger I ordered was divine😇

We visited this restaurant yesterday for lunch and left having been completely disappointed. I ordered Dungeness crab benedict for $19 that happened to taste just like eggs benedict on burned English maffin..There wasn't any taste of crab whatsoever. I tried to spot some crab meat and found dry salty pieces under the eggs. $19 would have been acceptable price for... More

We started with the grilled oysters on the half shell. Good size. Sweet meat. Super sauce. Live music started at 7 with a lively trio. Steaks. Crab. Lobster. Oysters. Full and diverse bar. Heaven on a road trip.

Drove 1 1/2 hour from Marin county. Right on the water. sat and ate outside because we had the dog.. I had a cheese burger that was excellent with enough french fries for a party of 4. Wife had the tuna melt, which should be split between two people. Both are excellent. price fair. The wine list by the bottle... More

We were staying the night at the cottages and had a lovely dinner here. So many good things to choose from the menu that we just split oysters, a salad, a side (corn risotto) and one entree (pork chop). It all tasted so fresh and delicious, nothing was over-seasoned or had excessive sauce...a pleasurable meal from start to finish. Corkage... More

Bright sunny day in Tomales Bay with fog held over on ocean side of bay. Had raw oysters, BBQ oysters and two wonderful salads (chard with duck confit and strawberries; and warm mushroom arugula and bacon). Excellent service, great choice of drinks and oysters that can't be beat in a great coast atmosphere!

Almost passed this gem of a restaurant located on the water. Saw a sign for BBQ oysters so decided to stop. They were great, an unexpected treat while traveling. A little pricey but worth the stop.

If it hadn't been for the reviews on Tripadvisor, I would never have found this restaurant. It's really in the middle of nowhere, and from the outside it doesn't look like the fine dining that it is. The food, and the service, are excellent. It has valet parking because the parking lot is too hard to find :)

This place is a hidden gem. However, without reservations we could only get seats at the bar! The place was packed and had to use valet parking (free) off Hwy 1. The seafood is great. Very delicately prepared and the oysters were excellent. Even the simple clam chowder was unique and great. The atmosphere is cozy considering that the place... More

As my common complaint about TA rating limitation ... This place is a 3.5 / 5.0... Way above average but not quite "Very good". Local oysters are yummy and we were quite satisfied. Truffle fries were good but what a humongous serving !!! Great location, friendly staff...
