Very friendly place with very good food and huge portions. It is great for vegetarians (doable but not great for vegans). The garlic rolls are just great.

Near the beach....gets crazy busy. Patio along street is nice but people congregate there. Not very romantic. Didn't get a chance to see the inside. Make reservations...trust me. The place was packed when we got there. They also have these complimentary garlic bread knots....amazing.

Unique ambiance, great food and the garlic knots and cannoli are to die for! Service was quick, food was good (although the pasta may have been a tad overdone for my liking), as well as a relaxing atmosphere. We will return!

Found this place from Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. Lives up to its high rating and delivers great classic Italian food. Owner made a point of going around to the tables to make sure everybody was happy.

We found a nice Italian restaurant just a few steps from the Venice Pier. Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Very friendly and courteous wait staff. The evening finished off with a rousing rendition of "That's Amore" with the all the waiters and customers singing along and toasting throughout the song. We had a great time. Definitely check it... Cheap but pretty good Italian restaurant near the beach and the Venice canal walkway. We love the friendly wait staff, garlic knots, house wine sample, bolognese, ravioli and the festive singalong of "That's Amore." The dessert selection looked great, but I was sadly disappointed by my tiramisu. I'll have to go back and try a different dessert there on my... More

This restaurant is a secret surprise! You wouldn't know it from the sidewalk but the food and service is wonderful! I was there for a business dinner and everyone was so happy with their choice for dinner. The garlic knots they bring to your table are the BEST and the chocolate cannoli is out of this world.

Very nice Italian Resturant near beach. Both outdoor and indoor seating. Very good reasonably priced food. Staff periodically sings That's Amore. Lots of fun. Valet parking available. Have been there twice and have enjoyed both times. Our 20 -something kids also liked it.

C&O Trattoria (C&O) has been open since 1969. Now a well known Venice Beach landmark, serving Northern Italian breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. It has become known for good food and friendly service in a relaxed garden setting. On May 1, 1993, C & O Trattoria officially opened a Northern Italian concept, unlike any other in Los Angeles, serving gargantuan portions of high quality Northern Italian pastas at unbelievably low prices. Add our "Killer Garlic Rolls," nightly sing along, honor wine bar, and friendly team service and you have the C & O Trattoria, one of LA's premier Northern Italian eateries.
