Great views and atmosphere. Very good food. Service not so great. I had the Seafood Cobb and it was excellent could have used a slight bit more lettuce. The macarron dessert was delicious!

Just walked in here from our hotel. Ate in the bar. Great food & service but pricey. Maybe not for LA I don’t know. I would return

We love Cafe Del Rey. We go there as often as we can. It is somewhat pricey, so is not a place we go to every night. Cafe Del Rey Is always spot-on with service and food selection. You can make a reservation or you...can just come in. I suggest a reservation or you will have a little bit of a wait. They have a truffle pizza which is out of this world. The service is always fantastic, they check on you just enough to make sure you are taken care of but not rushed. Frankly, all of their food is fantastic. You simply cannot go wrong at Cafe Del Rey. Have a great time.More

Christmas Eve Eve dinner with a loved one was the perfect time to try out Cafe Del Rey. Must-use Valet parking seemed unusual when the parking lot was empty; however, had the place been slammed, I am sure we would have appreciated help with parking....Beautiful holiday lights, water views and tastefully appointed decor set the tone for a special meal. I thoroughly enjoyed the Alaskan King Crab and the Bacon Glazed Brussel Sprouts. Dinner was leisurely, followed by the Apricot Pistachio Cake. I would go back in a heartbeat!More

Café del Rey located next to California Yacht Club and facing (has a great view at) Marina Del Rey. Parking space is limited and only for valet parking. Café del Rey has a chic setting and scenic decoration. Service was quick, cordial and professional. Our...lady server superb: warm, friendly and responsive. We, three families, get together here for a reunion lunch. We ordered Sandwich ($20) and Seafood Omelet ($23). Both delicious/luscious. We enjoyed our Saturday brunch and reunion very much.More

First time sitting in the Bar area next to the Fireplace. It was peaceful, even though the main restaurant was packed. The appetizers were very good and our waitress was very, very good. The Cafe is a bit pricey but the bar area had some...nice choices at decent prices. Wine and Drink selections were very good.More

Relaxing view of the marina and a low key ambiance making this place a great choice for lunch and probably dinner as well, as the menu is quite reasonable.

We had a very pleasurable experience with the king crab and specially the oysters (4 dlls each) They were fresh tasty and delicate The view of the restaurant is towards the boat deck so not much of sea view, however the view is cute and...gives you the feel of a vacation which most of the times brings up pleasant memories If ut was my decision I would add a more sea-port feel to the place and give it a more delicate touch with sea side music However as a couple we did appreciate the tranquility and quietness of the cafe. Enjoy!More

I would advise to call the restaurant. They are usually very friendly and will be happy to answer your questions. That way you get the correct answer.
