We arrived for Sunday brunch with a reservation and were seated 15 minutes late. Then our server brought one incorrect dish and forgot to enter another. My wife had to go to the floor manager, and while they replaced the server and brought the missing...dish, they did not fix the incorrect item on the bill despite saying they would. And the food was underwhelming across the board. I'm sure it's better when it's less crowded, but this was a very disappointing visit.More

Staff is super lazy and unprofessional, i cannot discuss...about the food since I decided not to eat here after this welcoming experience.More

Hi Koanga, we are sorry for the service you received and the wait you experienced. We would have been frustrated too. Our team should better communicate any delay and we will address this with them. Thank you. We appreciate your feedback.

I visited today with my husband, our daughter, her partner and 2 young children. The menu was quite long. We each ordered something different from the menu including mini slider burgers for the 3 year old. Drinks and bread arrived without delay. After waiting around...15 minutes without our mains we asked for more bread as we were quite hungry waiting for our food. One order was for the skinnylicious turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich. The server was advised that they had a nut allergy. Ten minutes after taking the order the server came back to say there was no bacon in the kitchen. He was advised that it was ok to proceed without the missing bacon. At this stage 2 of the 5 mains arrived, After another 10 minutes a 3rd main plus the 3 year old's main arrived. After a further 5 minutes the server came back to say that the bread was made outside and they could not confirm that it was nut free. (This is not unusual, however pointing this out 35 minutes after taking the order is rediculous). He was then asked to just make it up as a salad. At this stage the rest of the party had almost finished their late arriving food. Eventually the server arrived back with what looked like a tortilla wrap. But unfortunately it was nothing of the sort. It was paper aluminum wrapped up to hold together lettuce leaves, some small pieces of turkey and the tiniest slice of avocado. The accompanying salad consisted of some more dry salad leaves with a small slice of tomato!!! To add insult to injury the bill included the full price for a turkey, bacon, avacodo sandwich.More

Maybe it is because their menu is so huge, or maybe they just have high turnover. Our last visit to Cheesecake Factory was not satisfactory, however, this time around we could not be happier. As I said the menu is huge. They have pretty much...anything you want. From a vegan to a meat eater two lover of fresh desserts you will find something at the Cheesecake Factory. It was crowded on the evening we came, but the wait was not unbearable. Once seated a server was with us right away to get our drink order and we were able to order appetizers right then. When she returned we ordered our food and all of it was delivered promptly and hot. We especially enjoyed their chicken dishes, my husband had steak and it was cooked to perfection. They have a nice children's menu, which frankly, I would have loved to order from. Everything we had was tasty and their desserts were very good. Have a great time.More

I ordered a medium-rare filet mignon. It arrived cold and well. The server took it back. It was returned back to me arguing that I should cut it in the middle to see if it were medium -rare. My wife ordered chicken piccata. The chicken...slices were so dry that she was not able to chew. The pile of pasta and sauce were ice cold. I told the manager after paying the bill that I was not looking for compensation but you must report this. He responded by saying that science determines the cooking of the meat. I rated one star because 5 stars go to the bar tender and the server.More

Easy after a long day on the beach - you know what you will get at Cheesecake with quality (same everywhere) and selection is plentiful (so are helpings, seriously huge!). One note is that this is lined up like crazy - either make a reservation...a few days prior or get on the list early. It was a 1-1.5hr wait both at lunch and dinner when we attempted to get in. We eventually did online ordering which was super quick (30 min).More

The manager approached with a preconceived prejudice, he spoke with a hostile and condescending attitude, he was very rude when I expressed that the food was inadequately prepared. Overall the customer service received from your TEAM LEADER was atrocious and distasteful. The disrespect and embarrassment...we subdued while making a none hostile complaint redefined humiliation. When my wife asked for his name he replied snappy and very sassy “Vic”! Furthermore after leaving I called to get the managers name, a woman answered stating her name was Audrey in her greeting, she later swore to me her name was kate. Never againMore

Desperate for something different during COVID 19, we decided to give the Cheesecake Factory a try again. That was a mistake. Eating there is okay, having things delivered or pick up to go is something I will never do again. It took forever, the food...was cold and just a mess. They have a huge menu and you can get about anything you want. All of it is boring and blame. Now, with that said, I have not tried their cheesecake, so maybe it is great. I don't know. We had some Cajon shrimp and it was bland soaked with sauce and ever so greasy. Their burger was fine, but not close to the price they charged. The wait time is still absurd and I have to say if you are visiting from out of town go somewhere else.More

The restaurant is about a 5 minute walk from the Marriott Marina Del Ray Hotel. No indoor seating because of Covid. Therefore, I had to order at the front entry way and wait for the food to be brought to me. Service was fast though....Food was hot and fresh in spite of me walking back to the hotel to eat. I noticed some people eating their food in the car. My suggestion would be to order ahead so you don’t have to wait. I ordered the Miso Salmon! 😋More

After a 45 minute wait (on a week night) our party of three was finally seated for patio dining. We got a great table with a view. The food was very good. The shepard's pie was very flavorful. The parmesan crusted chicken was perfectly seasoned....Our server (Timothy) was taking care of two areas and did a great job. He was very polite and friendly. Most entrees are $16 - $24; soft drinks $5; desserts $9. A typical meal adds up to $44 per person (including tax and tip). My big complaint is the $7 parking charge. This is inexcusable and a horrible way to treat customers. It's not even valet service. It is self-park.More

The couple was complaining that their waitresses put something in their food that kept sending them to the bathroom, as revenge for asking for a table with light . I could...not believe this was happening, this people looked real , and they intermittently went away to the bathroom while the other demanded a satisfaction.
