We had each of the salads on the menu with sandwiches and green drinks. All were excellent fresh and crisp. The service was exceptional and the value in terms of healthy food and money was high

A friend and I had lunch here today, after a stroll around the Marina. Somehow I missed this restaurant in the past, but seeing a small crowd of people sitting outside, drew us in. This is mostly an outdoor dining experience surrounded by several other restaurants. The salads are always very good and plentiful. Lots of free parking, Very friendly atmosphere.

Ok, I was looking for a quick lunch and stopped here with no expectations. Yum yum yum. The bistro steak sandwich is a winner. The menu had many options including vegetarian and vegan. I will be the meat eater here! Yum

We love Mendocino Farms. You can order ahead of time and pick up or go there and order. I don't think they have indoor seating right now. We were there and no one was seated at the few tables they have. They have a large...menu and a vegan can get something good there as can a vegetarian. Personally, I love their steak sandwiches and they have quite a few different variations. Their Chinese chicken salad is also great, loaded with chicken and fresh greens. This Mendocino Farms is located in a large strip mall. Parking will take a minute, but there is plenty and it just depends on how close you want to be to the storefront. The service is super friendly and pretty fast. You can also have anything delivered with a minimum purchase, which I think is $11. Have a great time.More

All the sandwiches are so freakin good. The pastami. The sorta fried chicken thingy. So yummy. And the random side salad thing is delicious - love that kale ginger carrot beet goodness

We enjoyed all of our lunches at Mendocino Farms in Santa Monica and Marina Del Rey. Fresh healthy salads and sandwiches even our fussy 13 year old enjoyed. We were in the area waiting for the events at the park to start so we stopped in for a sandwich. The impossible burger was delicious and so was the cauliflower soup was so good. We really enjoyed the meal. The service is good and...the wait staff is friendly.More

I will admit we did not go to this area of MDR for sandwiches, but as a Plan "B" this was a happy and enjoyable alternative. As newcomers we were overwhelmed by the menu and process and so the staff member at the door took...time and patience to explain everything to our group of 6. He made recommendations based on our questions. In the end none of us was disappointed -- four had the Kurobuta Pork Belly Banh Mi, another the Cobb Salad and I had the Mendoza's Chimichurri Steak on a Pretzel Bun and side of Quinoa and Beets. Not worth the hype. The sandwiches were fine but nothing unique or exceptional. The sides were unimaginative.

Been twice and tend to forget how great the place is. Healthy eats and great service. When you go to pay there is a sampling of salads items you can add on. Or just snack before you get your order. If in the area I...will go back.More
