Service was spot on in this little Manhattan Beach favorite. Jake took us through the multiple menus to get us both exactly what we wanted and I was surprised at how great the food is. Definitely a new favorite in the LAX area.

Came here for lunch for the second time this year. The atmosphere is warm, place is crowded, clearly a lot of locals come. Service can be slow but we warned the waiter that we have to catch a plane and he was supernice in getting our food on time. It was lobster thursday, lobster guacamole and roasted maine lobster was... More

Went on a weeknight. Very busy. Little on loud side, but still easy to have a conversation. Lots of TVs. Very casual. Food was just ok. Raw oysters were fresh. Lobster guacamole was good, but missing some flavor. Lobster enchiladas were pretty good. Blackened salmon tacos were disappointing - salmon was so so, taco filler was nothing special, and flour... Where can you find a lunch of soup and seafood for only $9.99? And friendly efficient service? And great drinks? And a pleasant ambience? Near the beach? Only at Fishbar! One downside is the lack of parking but there is a garage right across the street. Great food, great service, great price.

Nice little neighborhood bar/grill. Never had a bad meal or experience yet. Their beer is cold, drinks poured well, the fish is fresh and the prices, reasonable. My favorite night is Taco Tuesday. Blackened Salmon tacos for $5, washed down with an ice cold pint of Stella. Again, a great place to have in the neighborhood.

Manhattan beach is my hometown. When visiting my dad earlier in the year we went to Fishbar. Excellent food, nice people, good service and lovely decor. I know my dad goes here frequently.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! We are from New England visiting our CA daughters. We all had the lunch combo: New England clam chowder, Salad & a piece of broiled fish. Our waiter George was friendly & experienced. The food was delicious & the service outstanding! This is a must when in North Manhattan Beach!

The Fishbar is definitely a great local spot for the El Porto (North Manhattan Beach) area! High energized atmosphere (on the louder side), televisions, bar area, and dining. Brought the girlfriends on this visit, and opted for a table vs the usual bar area. Service was great- slightly slow to take our drink order though our waiter was pretty busy,... More

This is one of those places you drive by and think why are the people lined up? Happy hour? Good prices? Great vibe? Local spot? All YES! Start with the best rose you've ever had and go straight to the grilled fish plates. Or the happy hour lobster tacos. This place knows fish and the chefs know how to cook... More
