This is right on the sand, on a beautiful part of Malibu, in a cove area. The food is tourist trap bar food that's overpriced. Still, it's not too expensive - this is not fine dining. Think hamburgers, fried fish, fish tacos, etc. Their fish tacos are tilapia - this isn't a "get some fresh pacific ocean fish" restaurant. Still,... More

We stopped for lunch and they had a wonderful salad bar! Very good. Right on the beach so the view can't be beat! Atmosphere is awesome!

We had 12 people crammed around a "cabana" table. Luckily a couple were children so we struggled to make it fit. Overall the service was pretty good as it was a busy lunch day but i have to say I believe it is way over priced for what you get. I understand the location and all that but to pay... More

Nice place in the middle of Malibu, on the water. Yes, the prices are a little high, but you're right on the Pacific. Service is relaxed so be patient. But portions are huge and the staff is very nice. Enjoyable lunch and walk on the beach.

We ordered the seafood platter as an appetizer and a shareable platter for the main. We were four. Couldn't finish both. Very large portions. Amazing views. Great beach.

We visited here with friends and enjoyed looking at all the memorabilia of which there is plenty. The restaurants location is tucked in off the main highway and easy enough to find there is fantastic coastal views from outside and window seats. The service was OK little bit to curt for my liking but pleasant and professional. The portion sizes... More

We visited here early Morning for Breakfast on our way to Cambria. We reached a few minutes early and they were still setting up the tables and stuff, so we spent some time at the pier and at the beach. Once they were ready, we went and picked up a table outdoors on the sandy beach area. I opted for... More

Staying in Malibu

Neighborhood Profile
The Malibu coastline is like a chameleon. In some areas it resembles the French Riviera with its lush, green hillsides descending into crescent-shaped shorelines. In others, it feels 100% Southern Californian with beaches wide and flat as a football field, and often crowded with beach-goers lounging on towels and playing volleyball. Other coastlines still feel secluded, tucked under tall cliffs and dotted with stunning rock formations. In certain areas, where the ocean waves are just right, surfers can be seen bobbing in the water. Up in the mountains to the east hikers take in truly stunning views of the ocean and the sprawling Los Angeles landscape. And along Pacific Coast Highway, restaurants are filled with visitors and locals from all walks of life. Stumble into the right place at the right time, and you’ll likely encounter a celebrity.
