It's hard to turn down Oceanside dining with good service and your feet in the sand. The food is not the best, I've eaten here with birthday crowds and special occasions and thoroughly enjoyed the location. Very underwhelmed by the food. However, I will still come again and just keep making my way down the menu for a win. I've... More

Great food. Service a bit slow but who cares if your in paradise? Pricey yes, but huge servings (atleast for what we ordered which were the hot sampler and paella), easily good enough for 6 to 7 people. You must eat and have your ticket validated, otherwise you pay 50.00 bucks for parking in the weekends.

We visit Paradise Cove Beach Cafe a few backs and liked it a lot, but this time something had changed: parking was ridiculously expensive even with the validation, food was nothing special, below average really, and service slow and not friendly at all. Not cool. Liked the beach though.

Dining in the sand, rows of chairs and lounges along the ocean. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon here

Great location, right on the beach. Parking was reasonably priced at $6. The food and service we're excellent and the portion sizes were huge.

I don't think I will be back. I felt it was nice but over rated . I thought it way to much for what you got plus the parking fee is crazy. also just to crowded

Crowded but fun. We loved the fries. The menu is pretty much hamburgers, taco's, and salads. We walked around the beach for a bit after lunch which was nice but again crowded.

We wandered into this little place, not knowing at all what to expect. It was a very cool little place with an amazing view and excellent beach space! Decent food. Great drinks. Very pricey.

Its a nice looking beach but lots of rocks, so swimming wasnt ideal. Plus parking is $50 per car, unless you buy food in the restaurant for at list $35.... Specifically this Sunday the waves were brutal, we had to watch our kids like crazy...so wasnt the best spot

We drove up from Santa Monica looking to enjoy the view along the way and finding a menu two teenagers would also enjoy. I reviewed the menu online and was drawn to the unique sandwiches (reasonably priced for $$$). Yes you pay to park but reasonable price after validating at restaurant. This cove is NOT a hidden gem. It was... More

Staying in Malibu

Neighborhood Profile
The Malibu coastline is like a chameleon. In some areas it resembles the French Riviera with its lush, green hillsides descending into crescent-shaped shorelines. In others, it feels 100% Southern Californian with beaches wide and flat as a football field, and often crowded with beach-goers lounging on towels and playing volleyball. Other coastlines still feel secluded, tucked under tall cliffs and dotted with stunning rock formations. In certain areas, where the ocean waves are just right, surfers can be seen bobbing in the water. Up in the mountains to the east hikers take in truly stunning views of the ocean and the sprawling Los Angeles landscape. And along Pacific Coast Highway, restaurants are filled with visitors and locals from all walks of life. Stumble into the right place at the right time, and you’ll likely encounter a celebrity.
