We visited 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill as a Family group . The Restaurant had good views over a Marina and was quite spacious. The service was friendly and efficient, even though the place virtually full of people. Always a good sign. The flood was well cooked and a large range of dishes was available. I had the Fish and... 22nd Street Landing remains a family favorite for seafood. While not the cheapest option in the area, it is by far one of the tastiest! The halibut and cajun shrimp are excellent. I had the Caesar Salad for my "starter" and it didn't disappoint. ASK for the cheese bread!

Once you find this place - it's all good. Plenty of parking. If you like to look at boats while you eat - this is the place to go. Must walk up a set of stairs to get to the dinning area - but it's worth it. Good quality food. The clam chowder was exactly how it should be. The... More

My family and I ate here the night before our cruise. I ordered the Rack of Lamb, which was pricey, and I was disappointed. It was not well prepared -- chewy and frankly lacked what I had hoped for in taste. They tried to cover it up with a heavy balsamic sauce. My wife's sea bass was tasty. Service was... More

The staff at the DoubleTree recommend the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. After a long day driving we were looking for something close, but unique. We were able to be seated on a Friday evening without any wait. The service was prompt and the food was very good. I had the daily special, salmon, and it was fresh and moist.... More

Seriously, the food was AMAZING...and, the view was awesome! This is the kind of place where you can cast the menu aside and just let your wait staff pick for you and your group...then everybody shares!Beyond that, it's also the kind of place that nobody wants to leave, (which is good, because we were stuffed!) We had an amazing day... More

I've been here several times over the years and I've never been disappointed. In the past I had found the service to be a bit too slow, but that wasn't the case during my last visit a week ago for lunch. Located right in front of the marina, this restaurant is a good place to take family, friends, business partners,... More

Overpriced, food average, I give then 1 star for the view Extremely overpriced, and is not worth. There are many restaurants near by. Too expensive for what they serve.

We have eaten here a number of times and our last visit reinforced our opinion that the quality and reliability of the food is erratic. While we have been a good customer over the years it is unlikely we will eat there again. The service is good as is the presentation but we have found other restaurants in San Pedro... More
